Incorrect product received
I just bought something from the store and got the wrong product. I was supposed to get a men's perfume, but ended up with a women's scent. I know mistakes happen, but the company hasn't been helpful or communicative, which is really frustrating.

This was actually my first time buying from this website, and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the service overall. But I did run into some issues at checkout that made me pause for a sec. When I reached out to customer service for help, I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and helpful they were in fixing my problem. Even with that little hiccup, I was still able to place my order smoothly and it arrived on time. The product quality was what I expected, and I'm happy with my purchase overall.

Military jacket and dress
I bought a military jacket and a dress from this store, and man, let me tell you, it was such a rip off! I had to wait for months just to get any updates on my order, and when I finally heard back, the jacket I got was poorly made in China. The quality was awful and it wasn't even unique. They ignored me for months and never even sent the dress I ordered. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here, they're total scammers!

Bought cool new tobacco-free smoking stuff
Oh my gosh, this new smoking product I got is amazing! It has the taste of tobacco but none of the harmful ingredients. Plus, it's awesome that it doesn't have any nicotine in it! I feel like a mature adult when I smoke it. I'm excited to share this with all my friends!

I got this super cool shirt from this store and it's just amazing! The customer service was so great, they helped me choose the perfect size. Received 4 bottles vapetasia killer kustard strawberry I did not order. Hate the strawberry vape juice of any kind. E mailed them right away about this I was basically told to bad to sad
