Wedding dress purchase
I had a terrible experience with this online store. The dress I got looked nothing like the picture online - it was way too big and the measurements were totally wrong. I even paid more for shipping to get it faster, but it arrived late, just a week before my wedding. I was so upset when I saw the dress in person and had to hurry to find a new one at the last minute. This website is a disaster, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

I just had a great phone chat with this person who knows their stuff when it comes to insurance. It's always tricky trying to sort everything out over the phone, but Valerie broke it all down for me. She was super knowledgeable about all the fine print that came with the insurance plan I chose.
