Pre-ordered convertible couch
I recently ordered a convertible couch from this company and it came quickly and well-packaged. But man, it's so uncomfortable as a bed! I've called and emailed customer service a bunch of times to try to return it, but no luck. It's been really frustrating trying to get a hold of someone to figure out how to return this thing. Down-Alternative Pillow
I bought a down-alternative pillow on sale back on September 29th. It showed up in the mail about a week later. The pillow itself is decent, kind of like one you could get for $18-20 at Serta in Biglot's. The pillow case is nice, but honestly, the whole thing doesn't seem worth the original price of $79. If you compare it to a brand like Coop, selling a similar pillow for $73 made of better materials and more fill, it's pretty obvious this company isn't measuring up. I'd suggest checking out other brands that have better quality and customer service.

Perfect jeans
These jeans are amazing! Seriously, they're top quality and the stretch is perfect. I've never felt so good in a pair of jeans before. And let me tell you, the customer service is top-notch - the best I've ever experienced. Everyone is always asking me where I got these jeans because they fit so well. Khloe, you really hit it out of the park with these!
