Red cowboy boots
Hey, so I wanted to tell you about these red cowboy boots I got recently. It turns out that one of them was all messed up, like totally crooked! I mean, seriously, how does that even happen, right? It was like digging into my ankle and everything. So, I decided to shoot them an email and ask for a return label because clearly, they were defective. On their website, it said they'd cover the shipping for defective items, but guess what? They flat out said no! It took forever for them to get back to me, like I had to keep bugging them with email after email just to get a response. And then, get this, they wanted me to send pictures of the boots, so I did. But, of course, they couldn't see the issue just from the photos, so you know what they suggested next? They asked me to actually CUT OPEN THE BOOTS! Can you believe that? Like, who even does that? It's so risky! I even told them I didn't have scissors that could handle cutting through such tough boot material, but they didn't seem to care. I was beyond frustrated, so angry that I ended up reporting them to my bank because it's basically a scam - they're not following through on their return policy. Super not cool, man.

I just joined Teacher Style Box, a clothing rental subscription, and I am thrilled with the service. The website was easy to use, I could easily choose my preferences and sizes. I was amazed by the variety of styles and grateful for the discounts. The free shipping and unlimited exchanges are so convenient. The clothes are fantastic quality and I feel great wearing them. Digital gift card purchase
Oh man, I don't even know where to start. I wanted to buy a digital gift card, but I got absolutely nothing in return. No email, no communication - nada. It feels like my money just vanished into the ether. Seriously, how tough is it to shoot off an email with a gift card code? Apparently, it's too tough for this company. And customer service? It might as well not even exist. I tried reaching out multiple times and got zilch in terms of help. It was a total mess. Cratejoy, you really need to step up your game. This whole thing was a major letdown.
