Lifetime warranty issue
I had this one suitcase that I bought like 7 years back. It was supposed to have this super amazing "No Matter What" Lifetime warranty, which made me feel all good about it. But when something major went wrong with it and I tried to use the warranty, turns out the Israeli dealer only offered a limited warranty. So, if I wanted to fix the issue, I had to send the suitcase to the service center.

Close, Smooth, Easy Shave
When I found this product, I honestly couldn't believe all the bad reviews it got. But man, let me tell you, this razor is a total game-changer. The shave you get is so close, smooth, and easy. I was a little worried at first because the razor head didn't have any gel or soap, but turns out it's not even needed. My regular shave gel worked just fine with it, and the blades are top-notch. I've been using it for a bit now, and the first blade is still sharp and gets the job done. I didn't have to constantly adjust my angle while shaving, so it was super quick and efficient. I even tackled my underarms no problem, even though the head isn't super flexible. I'm definitely buying this again, no question about it.

Donation request for local Eagle Scouts project
Don't even bother trying to ask for help from that place. My son needed a sheet of plywood for his Eagle Scouts project, and they just left him hanging for months despite calling multiple times, just to tell us no. It's really frustrating and disappointing. Definitely not the kind of place that's customer-friendly or community-minded.

Six acrylic-framed enlargements with poor color quality
I just got six photos enlarged and framed with acrylic by a photographer. When I got them, the colors were way off and everything looked red. I reached out to customer service to fix it, but they wanted to charge me more money. I wasn't cool with that. After a bit of a hassle, I finally got a full refund.

Small Flex
Shipping time was nothing short of incredible. Took less than 1 week to be delivered to me in Australia. The bag is fabulous. I love the colours and the quality and workmanship is superb.
