Software Bundle
I've been a loyal customer of this company for years, and I've never had any issues with their products. One thing I really like is how they're transparent during the installation process, always giving you the choice to install any extra software or not. It's nice to have that option. Recently, I had a question about renewing my subscription and upgrading one of the products in the bundle. I sent an email, and within 12 hours, they got back to me with a new license at no extra cost. The customer service was excellent, and the bundle pricing provides a lot of value with all the different software included. You can install each piece of software on up to 3 PCs, which is really convenient for households with multiple devices. Overall, the software is easy to use, affordable, and does everything it promises.

I realized that the new licenses weren't automatically included when installing the software. So, I had to dig into my emails, get each license one at a time, and then copy and paste them into the new software. It would be easier if all the licenses were sent together in one message after buying the package. This process is okay for buying just a part of the package, but it could be better for buying the whole thing. Just to be clear, this problem doesn't have anything to do with the software quality - that part is actually pretty good.
Software Updater purchase
I just bought the Software Updater and man, was I impressed! It was so helpful and spot-on. The list of suggested software made it a breeze for me to download new programs with the latest versions. I did run into a little hiccup with one app not updating properly, but the support team was on it in no time and we got it fixed. Overall, I'm super happy with the tool and the customer service.
Wrong purchase fixed
I accidentally bought the wrong item and totally freaked out. But when I contacted Customer Support, this amazing person named Zoe helped me out. She fixed my mistake really fast and was so nice about it. Zoe, you're awesome!
Laptop touchpad support
I was really happy with the help I got from their customer service team. My laptop touchpad stopped working while I was traveling abroad, and even though I couldn't access the warranty right then, I contacted their support team for help. They replied to my emails quickly and gave me several options to try and fix the problem. Even when the first attempts didn't work, they kept offering other solutions until they finally fixed the issue. I'm grateful for their commitment and how fast they were throughout the whole thing.
Efficient and reliable products
I've been a customer of this company for years and man, their products are seriously top-notch. I've used their software for all sorts of stuff and it's never let me down. The customer support team is always on the ball with any issues that pop up, making sure everything runs smoothly. I gotta say, you should definitely check out their VPN and PDF products because they've been absolutely fantastic in my experience. Overall, I couldn't be happier with how great their products are.
Dual subscription mistake
Whoops! So, I totally goofed and ended up renewing two subscriptions instead of just one. I was like, "Uh-oh, this isn't right," and decided to hit up customer service to sort things out. I asked if they could either refund me for the extra subscription or maybe extend my current one. They got back to me super fast and took care of everything, deleting that extra subscription and even extending my current one for another whole year. Man, talk about a close call!
Laptop touchpad support
I'm really happy with the help I got for my laptop touchpad problem. Even though I was out of the country and couldn't use my warranty, the customer service team quickly replied to my emails and gave me a bunch of options to try and solve the issue. Even though none of the fixes actually worked, I'm grateful for their effort and how fast they got back to me. Thanks for your help.

I recently got a new computer and had to transfer all my software from the old one. I emailed customer service for help, and they quickly sent me straightforward instructions on how to do it. Thanks to them, I smoothly transferred all the software without any problems. I'm really thankful for their quick and useful support.
Software purchase
I bought this software for my new laptop and got an email with instructions on using my old keys to activate it. I've been using this software for over 5 computers and 3 laptops, and it's always worked well without breaking the bank. My only gripe is that the last two promos didn't offer a software upgrade, just a one-year subscription.
