Ticket purchase for Nascar race
I'm really bummed about the news of Nascar banning some sponsorships from their events lately. As someone who loves the sport, it's tough to see decisions being made that could push away part of the fan base. It's key for organizations to stay fair and welcome to all fans, no matter their political beliefs. This recent choice feels like it's favoring one group over the whole Nascar community. This move might hurt Nascar's image and number of viewers in the future.
Nascar stuff
Nascar stuff is honestly the best! I'm obsessed with this site because I can find all my Nascar gear in one place with just a click of my mouse. They have a huge selection and the prices are unbeatable. I could spend hours just looking at all the cool stuff they offer. And the customer service is amazing. Whenever I have a question or problem, they're always there to assist me right away. I can't picture shopping for my Nascar gear anywhere else!
NASCAR merchandise
I got some cool NASCAR merch, but it ended up being the wrong stuff! I was really bummed out, but luckily Tyler came through. He fixed everything and made sure I got the right stuff. He even made sure I got a refund for the discount code mix-up. The checkout process was a bit confusing though, they should make it simpler to add discount codes. And don't even get me started on the online chat, it was a hassle! No option to wait in line? Seriously?!
Nascar tickets
I just gotta say, the customer service is seriously amazing at this place. Seriously, Tyler was the man who helped me out, and I gotta admit, he was super helpful and just a nice guy to talk to. He really knew his stuff and fixed any problems I had with my order. If you're out there, Tyler, thank you so much for everything!
Recent Nascar race tickets
I recently bought tickets for a Nascar race and man, was I let down. The whole process of ordering them was a nightmare - the website was so hard to figure out, it took me forever to actually buy them. And when I finally did, the service was just meh. The staff didn't seem to care and I felt like they didn't even see me. And let's talk about the prices - way too expensive for what I got. The tickets cost way more than they should have for what I got in return. And don't even get me started on the delivery - my tickets were late and wrong. Overall, my experience with Nascar was not great.
Diecast preorders
Dang, trying to cancel these diecasts feels like watching paint dry! Seriously, 32 minutes just to cancel? And don't even get me started on trying to do it online - it's like they make it impossible! When I finally got through to a person, they didn't even say anything for a whole 2 minutes! Such a waste of time.
Website for Nascar race schedules and driver information
This website is my favorite for everything Nascar. I enjoy looking at the race schedules, checking out the driver profiles, and staying updated on all the latest news in the sport. It's user-friendly and has all the info I need to keep track of my favorite drivers.
Order placed on June 22nd - still waiting for delivery
Man, it's been a real nightmare dealing with this place and trying to get my order. I placed it on June 22nd, and here we are on July 12th, still waiting for something that was supposed to ship on July 2nd. And to top it off, they split my order in two, and the second half hasn't even shipped! I called customer service, and they told me nothing has been shipped. Come on, it's not like my stuff is coming all the way from China or something. This is just crazy.
2021 Nascar tickets
Nascar tickets, man. Let me tell ya, the customer service at that place? Terrible. I wanted to know about those Nascar tickets I bought a month back, but man, it was a struggle. Nobody could give me a clear answer or any info whatsoever. Total waste of my time. Ain't gonna shop there again, that's for sure.
Delayed order
I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered something back in May but didn't get it until September. They didn't give me any updates or let me know about any delays. When I tried to cancel the order, it was a total nightmare. Finally got the product and had to go through a long return process. While I was waiting, I ordered the same thing from another company and got it in a week.
Christmas present return experience
Recently, I had a pretty frustrating experience trying to return a Christmas present at Nascar. I bought a gift for someone, but turns out they already had it. So, I tried to return it but then found out there was a $9.99 fee to get my refund back on my card. I could get an e-gift card for free though. Honestly, it felt like a rip-off to me because why should I pay to get my own money back? It left me feeling pretty disappointed with the return process and now I'm not really keen on shopping at Nascar again in the future.
Diecast car purchase
Ordering from Nascar has been a complete nightmare. I've had so many problems with my orders - like stuff being out of stock after I already bought it, orders getting cancelled without a refund, and getting packages that are damaged. The customer service has been no help and it's been months with no solution. I would suggest staying away from ordering from here at all costs!
DieCast cars
I bought some DieCast cars from this place and man, they took forever to show up. I waited like a whole year and they kept switching up the delivery date. So annoying! I'm definitely not buying from them again. If you're looking for DieCast cars, just go to Ebay or someplace else!
Die-cast car purchase
I ordered a 24 car and now I have to wait too long for it to be delivered. If they had told me how long it would take, I might have changed my mind about buying it. I'm upset that they didn't mention this on their website when I placed my order.
