Genetic testing kit
I bought a genetic testing kit from this company not too long ago, and I've gotta say, I'm pretty let down by their customer service. I've been having issues with their system for a while now, and even after they said they fixed it, I'm still stuck in the same spot with no clue about what's going on with my test. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times for some answers, but I haven't heard a peep back. It's pretty annoying and honestly scary to be kept in the dark about something as big as genetic test results.
DNA testing purchase
I bought one of those DNA testing kits as a customer not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about how they've been handling things. It's been well over a year since I sent in my sample, and I still haven't heard anything about my results.
