    Subscription annoyance

    I've been trying to cancel my account, but they just keep sending me packages and charging my credit card. I've sent emails and made calls, but they always seem to be "in a meeting" and never bother to reply. This company is a total disaster and shows no respect for their customers. I suggest staying far away from these scumbags.

    Difficulties with service and equipment longevity

    I've been pretty let down by the service and equipment from this company for the last ten years. At first, everything was fine, but it went downhill from there. Our rep stopped coming by and wouldn't pick up the phone, so we had trouble getting new equipment when ours broke down. The equipment itself wasn't very reliable either - it broke often. And to top it off, the company switched their cartridge delivery from every month to every three months without telling us clearly, which was really confusing and annoying. All in all, their customer service was not great, especially for small businesses like mine.

    Home scent units malfunctioning

    I bought two home scent units not too long ago, but they both crapped out on me in just a month. I did everything the manual said and even made sure they were hooked up to WiFi properly, but they just wouldn't work. I spent a good chunk of change on getting samples, units, and cartridges, only to be left with two useless black boxes. It's pretty annoying to shell out so much cash and get such lousy products in the end. I mean, come on, they're supposed to be made in the good ol' USA - I was hoping for better service and better quality.

    I got the machine and it was already used with scratches and fingerprints all over it. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service for three days now but haven't heard back from them at all. On top of that, the price of the refill cartridges doubled right after I placed my order. I'm really disappointed with how everything turned out.

    Diffuser and two refills

    Dang, I was really hoping my house would smell like a stroll through the forest or a cool sea breeze, but that diffuser was a major letdown! Spent more than $300 on it and those refills, and still got zilch. I gave plug-ins, Air Wick, Glade – all of it a shot, and nada. What a waste of money. Can't believe I got sucked into that one, ugh! Definitely gonna get a refund.
