Custom domain url glitch
Unbounce has this annoying problem with their software where it keeps deleting the custom domain urls I added. It's been going on for more than a month now and happens randomly without any fix in sight. Dealing with their customer service has been terrible - no clear answers, just a bunch of excuses and passing the blame. I've talked to several reps, and each one gives me a different excuse that hasn't helped solve the problem. It's so frustrating to deal with a company that seems clueless and unwilling to fix the real issue. Overall, a disappointing experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone who wants a reliable platform for building landing pages.
Free Trial from this AI company
I was really excited to check out this awesome AI software, but then I realized I had to do a free trial before I could sign up. Ugh, why does everything have to cost money now? I wish things were like the old days when you could just use things without needing to enter your credit card information.
Landing page creation tool
The landing page creation tool is pretty simple for folks who aren't into coding, but the pages that come out of it tend to be kind of plain, basic, and don't offer much in terms of customization. The code it spits out is iffy at best, and the overall look and feel could definitely use some help. Seems like the main selling point of this tool is for people who don't know how to code, are short on time to make their own pages, or just don't really care about the quality of the pages they're putting out.
Lead-conversion landing pages
I just bought some lead-conversion landing pages from this platform, and I have to say, they were really easy for our designers to customize. But man, the reporting options are seriously lacking. It's hard to show our clients the value of our work without better reporting capabilities. We've asked for these features multiple times, but they're still missing. It's really holding us back from being able to effectively sell and deliver great landing pages.
Utilizing Unbounce for custom-designed landing pages
I really like using Unbounce because it's great for making really unique landing pages that need a lot of customization. But, I've run into some issues when trying to do things in bulk like updating text, publishing, and adding new images. Because of this, I end up having to use another landing page tool to handle multiple pages for paid search and campaigns more efficiently.

It's a pretty good tool for throwing together a quick landing page and it's definitely a great deal for the price. But to be honest, it's kinda lacking when it comes to mobile compatibility and it's not as user-friendly as some other sites out there. On the bright side, the customer service is top-notch!

I really liked the platform because it was super strong and had a bunch of cool features for a decent price. It was easy to figure out and let me whip up some really slick landing pages in no time.
