    This service is a total game-changer for anyone flying out of Liberty International Airport in Newark, NJ. I was in need of a convenient and affordable way to handle my airport parking and accommodation for an early flight out and a late return. ParkSleepFly came through with the perfect solution - an airport hotel and parking package. I was able to secure a hotel room for the night before my flight and the night of my return, while also having the benefit of keeping my car parked in a safe lot at the hotel.     Not a matter of services also pricing I can not remember how many times i used their parking facilities and rooms and more I am from California and differently prefer area services comparatively Since 2016 I have paid thousands of dollars so far
    Interestingly never comment of services because I never used any other service provider so I don't know hood or bad other are.But during the discussion with those colleagues who are using their own preferred companies, rates is really a big issue Especially Parking charges PSF should rework on this matter and release their regular customers mental pressure and confusions

    Delayed Parking Permit Issue

    When we got to the hotel, we ran into a problem because they didn't have our parking reservation on file. We had to wait around for them to sort it out, which put us behind schedule for getting to the airport. It was a hassle. The front desk people acted like it was a major issue and said a manager would have to fix it. Eventually, they gave us a parking permit, but the whole thing left us feeling unsure about the parking setup for when we come back.

    First time using the stay and park service

    Our experience with the stay and park service was great! The check-in was a breeze, we parked our car with no problem, and getting on the shuttle to the airport was smooth.     Easy and valuable

    I had a really good experience with this service when booking. I liked how easy it was to book and the value was definitely worth it. But, I was kinda bummed about the pickup situation. I didn't know I had to call after my flight landed, so we had to wait 30 minutes for the next bus. It was chilly and rainy, and the pickup process was a mess, which was a hassle for my family. Eventually, we just decided to drive home after we finally made it back to the hotel.

    Simple and straightforward

    I was so surprised at how easy it was to find a hotel with parking on that site! They made it super user-friendly, and I liked being able to see where all the hotels were on a map. It was also nice to see which ones had restaurants and shuttle services. But, I was a little bummed when I found out that some hotels didn't have shuttle services - wasn't expecting that.

    Airport stay and shuttle

    It was awesome that we could catch the shuttle to the airport hassle-free at 4:00 am. It definitely made our trip a lot smoother and less stressful. We didn't have to stress out about finding parking or making it to the airport on time. Plus, the hotel we stayed at was super cozy and the shuttle service was right on time. All in all, it was a fantastic experience!

    Fort Lauderdale Airport - Tru By Hilton

    I have used hotel parking when flying out of Fort Lauderdale and Miami to save over airport parking. I tried ParkSleepFly for not only the parking but to also stay one night in the hotel. The hotel double charged me but ParkSleepFly.com resolved the problem. They were the BEST!!!

    Hotel room for 1 night plus 18 days parking

    Negative: I made reservations for a hotel room plus 18 days parking on June 3, 2021. Check-in on July 24. Arrived at the hotel at 7:30 pm. The desk had no record of my reservation and no available rooms. Ended up sleeping in the airport.

    My husband, had a heart emergency and head wound 2 weeks before our planned trip from Orlando to Milwaukee on July 6 -July 13. I contacted Hotel on June 26 which advised that I needed to go through the third party reservation service (ParkSleepFly) to cancel. After trying to reach a real person at PSL, which I could not do because you did not have a telephone number listed with the reservation and I could not find a chat function. I sent an e-mail on June 28 at 2:37 PM to the address on the reservation which read : "My husband, is incapacitated to a heart emergency and head injury. Doctor is forbidding travel. We must cancel the reservation. Please call me at phone number for further details and to discuss."
    We never heard back from them!. All other reservations for this trip were cancelled with full refund . They all had a contact phone number in addition to the e-mail.

    When I tried to reply to the survey PSF sent, they refused to submit it. I then sent an attached letter with complaints, to the e-mail that sent it which was undeliverable.
    There must be a better way to handle cancellations, especially because of emergenciess.

    No customer service to speak of! I needed to make some changes for my return itinerary and tried to contact customer service several days in advance. There is no phone number to call and my email to support was never responded to. This is the second time an email to them went unanswered. My advice, contact hotels directly, many offer the same options.
