Refund delay
Oh my gosh, I've been waiting forever for my refund! Can you believe it's been a whole year?? And let me tell ya, the customer service is just awful. They keep saying they're on it, but nothing's actually getting done. It's beyond frustrating! I swear, I am never booking with them, or any places they're connected to, ever again. And you better believe I'm warning all my friends and family to steer clear too!
Ticket purchase
I recently bought tickets through their site and man, what a letdown. At first, I was all about their low prices that showed up on Google, but boy was I wrong. The actual cost ended up being way more than what I thought. Then, after I paid, they hit me up asking for another 10-20% to confirm my booking with the airline. That felt like straight-up blackmail and had me wondering if they were shady. And get this, when I called the airline myself, my baggage allowance was nowhere to be found, so I got stuck with an extra charge. Overall, dealing with them was a mess and cost me way too much. Should've gone with a more legit company.
Prepaid hotel reservations cancelled upon arrival
I had a really bad experience with my hotel reservations from this company. I booked everything ahead of time, but when I showed up at the hotel, they told me my reservations were cancelled. The customer service folks kept giving me the same canned responses, and even after reaching out multiple times, my problem still isn't fixed after several months.
Ticket refund still waiting
I'm really frustrated because I cancelled my ticket and ended up getting hit with a bunch of fees. And now, even after 3 months, I'm still waiting on my refund! Every time I call customer service, all they say is that finance is looking into it. It's driving me crazy!
Hotel reservation in Rotorua, NZ
My hotel reservation experience using this service was a total letdown. I booked a hotel for two nights in Rotorua, NZ, only to discover later that my reservation was canceled without even letting me know. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but all I got back were unhelpful answers and promises that never came true. It was obvious to me that this service couldn't be trusted and I felt really upset and swindled. I suggest being careful if you ever decide to use this service.
Flight cancellation refund
My flight got canceled back in September 2023, and I've been trying to get my refund ever since. It's been almost 6 months now, and all they keep sending me are automated responses saying to be patient. Can't say I'd recommend doing business with them based on this experience.

Hotel booking scam
This company totally scammed me! They hooked me with this awesome deal for a hotel, took my cash, and now they're saying the deal is gone. It's been more than a month and still no refund in sight. I've been callin' 'em up every darn day, but all I get is this run-around about how their finance team's checkin' it out. I'm so ticked off and now I'm out hundreds of bucks thanks to these shady folks.
Refund delayed
I still haven't gotten my refund for a booking I had to cancel back in October 2023. It's been 4 months and despite my many calls to customer service, they still haven't fixed the issue. I won't be using their services again.
Hotel booking issue
I ran into an issue with a hotel booking when they couldn't find my reservation, so I had to cancel. But, SAIKIRAN was a big help and got me a new hotel right away. Thanks for taking care of the problem so quickly.
Hotel room booking in London
I booked a hotel room in London not too long ago through this platform because the prices were super low. But then, I got an email saying that my booking got canceled, and they didn't offer a refund right away. I was pretty mad at first, but I decided to contact the customer service team through this site and their webpage. To be fair, they did refund my money pretty quickly, within 24 hours. Even though the prices might seem sketchy, I ended up being happy with how fast they handled the refund.
Hotel booking with included breakfast
I just booked a hotel with this company and everything was going great. But when I got to the hotel and showed them my voucher with breakfast included, they told me it was just a trick by a travel agency. I was pretty bummed that I didn't get my breakfast that I paid for. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time before I confirmed my reservation. Overall, it left a bad feeling in my mouth and I probably won't book with them again.
Reserved hotel room cancelled without notification
I booked a hotel room on this site, but when I got there, the staff told me my reservation was cancelled even though the website still said it was good. I tried to get a refund by contacting customer service several times, but all I got back were automated messages. It's really frustrating and has been a total waste of my time and money.
Refund delay
I'm really frustrated with the service I've gotten from this company. I asked for a refund for my ticket more than two months ago, and even after calling customer service many times, I still haven't gotten it. The airline gave them the refund already, but they haven't given it to me. It's just not right and it's not fair.
