Hey y'all, I recently ordered some car mats from this company and man, it was a total disaster! It seriously took ages for them to show up, and when they finally did, they sent me the wrong ones! Can you believe it? I specifically asked for right-hand drive mats and they sent me left-hand drive instead. No bueno. And when I reached out to them about it, they didn't even offer to fix the mistake. I'm definitely not giving them a shoutout to anyone.
Incorrect Mats Received
I ordered some custom car mats from this company, but they ended up sending me the wrong ones. I tried reaching out to their customer service in multiple ways - email, Facebook, and Instagram - but no one got back to me. It's really annoying when a company promises great customer service but can't follow through. As a final option, I had to open a dispute on PayPal to see if I can get this sorted out. Good thing I used PayPal to pay, at least I have some protection.
Wrong car mat purchase
I just bought a car mat from this company for my ride, gave them all the info they needed. But dang, they sent me the wrong one, saying my car only has 6 seats when it's actually got 7. Tried to work it out over email, but they only got back to me a couple times and then ghosted me for over 2 months. I'm super let down by their lack of know-how and crappy customer service.
Trunk mat purchase for BMW
The ordering process was really frustrating because I couldn't even check my order before finalizing it. Then, after waiting forever it felt like, I finally got my trunk mat but it was all folded up in a bag, which left these annoying creases that I just couldn't get rid of. I tried to reach out to complain and send it back, but I didn't hear anything back at all. Plus, it didn't even fit my BMW quite right. It was such a hassle that I had to get Visa involved to try to get my money back.
