    Basic Prenatal Supplement

    I bought this prenatal supplement not too long ago and was totally surprised to see that it had way too much vitamin B12 in it. After I started taking it, my B12 levels went way up in my blood, way higher than they should be, and I ended up getting itchy rashes on my skin. It was pretty scary and upsetting because I've never had a bad reaction to B12 in the past.

    Oh man, let me tell you about this order I placed for protein powder and vitamins. Trying to return something was a nightmare, it was like solving a Rubik's cube with a blindfold on! I tried reaching out online for return instructions, but got no response. Emailed them too, still nothing. Finally, had to call and was on hold forever. When I finally got through, the person just said to put it in a box and send it back – groundbreaking advice, right? When I asked for the address, they got all weird and didn't want to give it to me. Getting simple info from them was like pulling teeth, so frustrating!

Then when I tried to chat with another rep online, they told me I couldn't get a referral reward because I used a different shipping address. I tried to explain that stuff always goes missing from my building, but they said it was some system thing they couldn't change. The chat just ended all of a sudden, and I felt like they were blowing me off. Honestly, my calls and emails with customer service were all a big waste of time. I think I'm gonna stick to Amazon next time I need to buy something online.

    I've been a customer for a while now and I've always trusted the products they offer. But let me tell you, my recent brush with customer service really had me doubting the whole company. I needed to cancel two subscription orders because of timing issues, but the rep I talked to was so unhelpful and sounded like they just couldn't be bothered. I was crystal clear about canceling both orders, but somehow one still managed to get shipped out. It was a total mess trying to get things sorted out with their customer service team. They kept feeding me false info and I had to really fight to get my refund. It took a whole month of me badgering them non-stop before I finally got my money back. The whole ordeal left me feeling super let down by their service.

    I've been a loyal customer for years, but lately, I've been extremely disappointed with the customer service at this company. It seems like they have completely lost their way, with inexperienced employees like Abby who have no idea how to handle customer inquiries. I've also had issues with getting accurate information about when certain supplements will be back in stock - three different people giving me three different dates is unacceptable. As someone who has been using their products for nearly two decades, this lack of consistency is frustrating to say the least. I've spent hours trying to get basic information through their chat and email services, only to be put on hold for an absurd amount of time when trying to call. The fact that the phone call ended when someone finally answered is just the cherry on top of an already disappointing experience. At this rate, I may have to consider looking elsewhere for my supplement needs.
