I signed up for an account and put some money in with this place, everything was going smoothly until out of nowhere they shut down my account! They wouldn't even give me a reason, just some vague excuse about "security reasons." Now I have to switch my cryptocurrency to cash, take out what's left in my account, and get all my trade and transaction history within 72 hours. It's frustrating and they're not handling it very well, they should at least give me some kind of explanation instead of leaving me hanging. Ugh, what a waste of my time and money!
Crypto deposit on hold, verification delay
I had a delay with my crypto deposit on Kraken and decided to apply for verification. Unfortunately, it's been over two months and I haven't heard any updates. Trying to contact their support team via email didn't work because they never replied to me. Their chat support also wasn't very helpful, it felt like talking to a robot. To top it off, my negative app review on the Play Store got taken down which was frustrating. But, when I took my complaints to social media, like Reddit, I finally got the attention I needed to fix my problem.
Deposited USDC
I put my USDC in, but somehow it turned into USDT and now it's just stuck there, not doing anything. The folks at Kraken assured me they'd sort it out, but it's been well over 2 weeks now and there's been zero movement. They keep avoiding the issue and don't bother keeping me in the loop. And trying to reach out to them through email or chat? Forget about it, it's a total nightmare.
