My experience with the customer support team was really great. I had a problem with my purchase and decided to email them about it. I was shocked when Cathy from the customer support team got back to me in just 5 minutes. Not only was she super quick to respond, but she also fixed my issue right away. The whole process was super fast and simple, which made it a really good experience. Plus, I liked the tip she gave me about why some purchases might get rejected. It was a nice little extra touch.
USDT TRC20 purchase
I bought some USDT TRC20 on this platform recently and everything went pretty smoothly. But there was a little hiccup when they got worried about the security of my transaction.
