    Credit report discrepancy

    The company gave me wrong and misleading info. My TransUnion credit score was much lower and had a lot of unauthorized inquiries, even though it was different from other agencies. They need to make sure their reports are correct, because lots of places depends on their credit scores to make decisions. It's worrying that they're not being accountable or transparent, so they should fix things right away.

    Mr. Matthews' complaint

    This company is just terrible! Mr. Matthews had to call multiple times about all the noise from the staff and the constant background noise of kids and dogs. We assisted him in filing a complaint back in August 2023 and it's been crickets ever since! The staff just seem to find it amusing and laugh at his concerns.

    Misleading credit score offer

    I was so bummed out that I shelled out some cash thinking I was getting all three of my credit scores, but I only got my TransUnion credit report and score. The ad totally led me on and I felt like I got played into buying something.

    Credit score evaluation

    The company just doesn't seem to know how to handle credit scores properly. They actually lower your score for doing things that are responsible, like paying off your credit card on time, which goes against their own rules. It doesn't really make sense to expect people to improve their credit when the company in charge of it is working against them. I think this problem might be more common with the free memberships as a way to push people to upgrade to paid ones. The fact that they don't seem to care about their actions is concerning and shows that there needs to be stricter rules in this industry. Even though government involvement isn't always the best option, it might be necessary to stop companies like this from taking advantage of consumers. It might be a good idea to try reaching out to consumer protection agencies for legal help, but based on past cases like Equifax, the outcome is uncertain.

    As a customer of TransUnion, I have had a mixed experience with the company. On one hand, their online tools and resources have been helpful in managing my credit information and monitoring for any suspicious activity. However, I have had some issues with their customer service and the accuracy of their information.

    One instance that stands out was when I noticed an error on my credit report that had been reported by TransUnion. I contacted their customer service to have it corrected, but it took several attempts and a lot of back-and-forth before the issue was finally resolved.

    Another issue I have had is that I was not able to find the option for freezing my credit report on their website. I had to call customer service for assistance, and even then, it was not a straightforward process.

    Additionally, I have also noticed that the credit score they provide is not always in line with scores from other credit reporting agencies.
