Its fresh and taste good
Farmbox Direct is my all-time favourite and i recommend this to tc. everyone who ever wanted to try fresh as well as organic veggies etc. I am buying it from here for last two years and i never ever thought to switch. There are so many reasons i am going to stick with this one!
1. they sell the fresh and organic . not just for saying, the products are really fresh and organic,
2. The price is reasonable, ist not crazy expensive because of the freshness or anything
3. they never drop their standard in quality , not even for once
4. Buying from here is easy and simple for meNeed to cancel as I got a lot more than I can use and ended up throwing out a lot.
we keep receiving box for several months after we have cancelled and sent the boxes back and the phone is always busy cant call them
You are so dishonest. Unreal, you charged my account on 2/18, and you are not shipping until 3.22 to 3.24!!!!!!!! Give a break, I am contacting the BBB, Capital Blue, Consumer Protective, Yelp and my state representative. You NEVER complied with e-mailing the menu on Friday, 2/19 as was stated. You are so poorly run.
I have tried a number of farm to table options. Farmbox direct was one of the least user friendly choices. changing items was impossible, shipping was suppose to be included in the box price but turns out it was added on top of the box price. not cost effective and they decided what I received, never got what I preferred. I cancelled

Box delivered by Fedex a day late. Contents were not even chilled. Carrots were like rubber and lettuce was wilted and limp. Extremely over-priced for quality recieved. I will not be ordering again.
Large organic box
Received a totally ruined box the company customer service response was " We value you as a customer." (that's great and all but you basically charged me 75 dollars for a box of bad fruits and vegetables. .
If it arrives without shipping delays it is generally good. Once you get a bad box though you are out in my case 75 dollars. I emailed and told them my box was bad as it experienced numerous shipping delays so much so that my next box arrived two days later.All Natural Medium Box
Cucumbers rotten ends with mold, romain lettuce rot extended 2/3 into the head, kiwi fruit was dried and wrinkled, brussel sprouts were tiny with dried out end and brown spots, mango was totally green and hard as arock, oranges had green ends, Roma tomato was split. Customer service would not refund a penny but only give store credit

Produce was molded and rotten. Tried to contact them when it came in and got no answer. Changed Facebook setting so I could not post on their page. I was a long term customer. Canceled subscription.
Small organic box
Nothing positive. Misleading website. I shouldn't have given credit card info. Checked account to see I was charged and immediately emailed to cancel. They refused. They had time to stop the order but they were not bothered. So greedy.
veggie/fruit box
WORST SERVICE EVER. TOOK 6 DAYS TO GET THE BOX AFTER IT WAS PICKED UP, WAS MY FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM THEM AND THE LAST TIME. I had molded tomatoes, smashed and bruised peaches, nectarines were moldy and smashed and the lettuce was slimy. I ordered for over 2 years from another delivery service and never this problem. I would not recommend this company at all.
Fresh Product Box
I have had problems with every single box I have received (only a few because it was bad). Missing items, rotten produce. And very difficult to cancel an account. The produce is no different than I can get at my local grocery store. Even has the retail stickers on them. My most recent box was awful. We opened before the Fedex truck even left and the cool packs were at 75 degrees (we used our kitchen thermometer to check). The produce was bad and not fresh at all. I called customer service to make things right and they are only willing to give me a $30 credit to my account (no refunds) on a box that cost me more than $50. I have already cancelled my account, but they still would not refund the money, siting their terms of agreement, and were unwilling to waiver even when I pointed out that it is also within the terms of the agreement that they will provide a quality product. Buyer Beware!!!
