    Its fresh and taste good

    Farmbox Direct is my all-time favourite and i recommend this to tc. everyone who ever wanted to try fresh as well as organic veggies etc. I am buying it from here for last two years and i never ever thought to switch. There are so many reasons i am going to stick with this one!

    1. they sell the fresh and organic . not just for saying, the products are really fresh and organic,
    2. The price is reasonable, ist not crazy expensive because of the freshness or anything
    3. they never drop their standard in quality , not even for once
    4. Buying from here is easy and simple for me

    I would like to cancel my orders from now on 1/29/2021 I gave you a wrong address and I cannot sign on with my email and password. So I don't want anymore.

    Need to cancel as I got a lot more than I can use and ended up throwing out a lot.

    You are so dishonest. Unreal, you charged my account on 2/18, and you are not shipping until 3.22 to 3.24!!!!!!!! Give a break, I am contacting the BBB, Capital Blue, Consumer Protective, Yelp and my state representative. You NEVER complied with e-mailing the menu on Friday, 2/19 as was stated. You are so poorly run.

    I have tried a number of farm to table options. Farmbox direct was one of the least user friendly choices. changing items was impossible, shipping was suppose to be included in the box price but turns out it was added on top of the box price. not cost effective and they decided what I received, never got what I preferred. I cancelled

    Received a totally ruined box the company customer service response was " We value you as a customer." (that's great and all but you basically charged me 75 dollars for a box of bad fruits and vegetables. .
    If it arrives without shipping delays it is generally good. Once you get a bad box though you are out in my case 75 dollars. I emailed and told them my box was bad as it experienced numerous shipping delays so much so that my next box arrived two days later.

    Cucumbers rotten ends with mold, romain lettuce rot extended 2/3 into the head, kiwi fruit was dried and wrinkled, brussel sprouts were tiny with dried out end and brown spots, mango was totally green and hard as arock, oranges had green ends, Roma tomato was split. Customer service would not refund a penny but only give store credit

    WORST SERVICE EVER. TOOK 6 DAYS TO GET THE BOX AFTER IT WAS PICKED UP, WAS MY FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM THEM AND THE LAST TIME. I had molded tomatoes, smashed and bruised peaches, nectarines were moldy and smashed and the lettuce was slimy. I ordered for over 2 years from another delivery service and never this problem. I would not recommend this company at all.

    Fresh Product Box

    I have had problems with every single box I have received (only a few because it was bad). Missing items, rotten produce. And very difficult to cancel an account. The produce is no different than I can get at my local grocery store. Even has the retail stickers on them. My most recent box was awful. We opened before the Fedex truck even left and the cool packs were at 75 degrees (we used our kitchen thermometer to check). The produce was bad and not fresh at all. I called customer service to make things right and they are only willing to give me a $30 credit to my account (no refunds) on a box that cost me more than $50. I have already cancelled my account, but they still would not refund the money, siting their terms of agreement, and were unwilling to waiver even when I pointed out that it is also within the terms of the agreement that they will provide a quality product. Buyer Beware!!!

    Horrible experience. First box items arrived rotten, missing, & very low quality. Many people complained theirs were bug ridden. I asked them to cancel, but they still shipped out another box which I refused. It went back to them, but they refused to refund my $74.93, even though they said cancel at anytime without any penalties. They are liars and thieves. They stole my money and I have no product. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you don't believe me look them up on the Better Business Bureau and read the numerous complaints. I wish I would have read them before I gave them my money. You have been forewarned.

    Only Organic Small Box Fruits and Veggies

    This place is very unprofessional, trust me.
    I hate to say but this place is a rip off.
    Here is what I sent to the customer service.

    I am very disappointed in your service.
    I postponed my next order to arrive on May 30th before the deadline for change in scheduling, but I received an email saying I will receive tomorrow. What? Again??
    This has happened twice already, and I have only been a member for less than two months. It looks like this happens to many customers, so please don't ignore my change of shipping schedule to get me to keep on paying more.

    To give you some history, my second order arrived two weeks late. I did not change my shipping schedule so I was expecting my box earlier, but it never came.
    All of a sudden, I received the box two weeks later. I looked at the shipping date on the box, and it said it shipped out 10 days ago.
    Of course, the vegetables were rotten so I threw away most of them. I kept some carrots and apples because they were still safe from rotten juice.
    I contacted customer service(Kevin?) immediately and told him that I won't accept rotten food, and he suggested I throw them away so I did.

    He then told me that he will only refund $20 even though I had to toss out most of the vegetables. He also added later that he can only give me credit, rather than refund, even though I've already been disappointed enough and didn't want any more boxes. So it pretty much cost me $23.00 for some carrots and two apples. Insane.

    For my third order, I only received 10 items even though the website said I should have received 17 items. Even though I only got this box to use up my credit, Kevin told me that he couldn't use the credit in time so I was forced to pay for this new box myself. Still charged $47.95 plus $5 shipping fee, total of $53.

    If you didn't have enough items, that's fine, but I will only pay for what I receive.
    And now the website has changed so that the $47.95 box I have been receiving is no longer there.
    Therefore I was paying $5.00 extra for a different box that costs only $43, without any notice. They said I will receive 17 items in the "Only organic small box fruits and veggies," but l only received 11 items with the same fee, without any notice.

    Please refund for the third order. I won't pay $53 for 10 items. And unfortunately, once again, the veggies weren't fresh.

    I would like to get a refund (not a credit) on both my second and third boxes, as shipping out rotten food and in smaller quantities than advertised for are not acceptable.

    I hope to hear a sincere response from someone from your company.

    Platform is not user friendly. stuck with produce we don't use and window to change pre determined order by them is to small. Not happy at all. Better off going to your local farmers market or whole foods store. And they only post 4-1/2 star or higher reviews on the website so you never see this and they never improve their platform.
