    When I first got my wine order from the company, I was pretty bummed out. Most of the wines just weren't hitting the spot, so I had to dump them out. So, I decided to cut ties with the company. But then, surprise! Vinesse got in touch with me to make things right. They gave me a full refund right away, which really impressed me. Even though none of the wines worked for me, I respected how they handled the situation. Hopefully, my review can help out others dealing with the same wine delivery troubles.

    White variety selection

    I wanna give a shoutout to the company for trying to make things right after I was kinda bummed about the limited selection of white wines in my order. I gotta admit, getting 3 of the same Chardonnay and 3 of the same Sauvignon Blanc was a bit of a letdown. I was really hoping to try out some different flavors. But, I gotta give credit where it's due - the customer service folks were quick to reach out and offered to send me some new bottles. That definitely turned things around for me.

    I was so excited to start sipping on my red wine from this spot, but then I ran into some sketchy stuff. Thankfully, Amanda came in clutch and totally saved the day with her amazing customer service. She handled my billing problem like a pro and fixed it right away, making sure I was happy. The first bottle of red I poured out was amazing, all thanks to Amanda. Just a heads up, make sure you skim through the fine print before you get caught up in their sneaky marketing tricks!

    Wine subscription cancellation issue

    I had a really bad experience with a wine subscription service recently. I thought it would be a good fit at first, but it turned out to not be what I wanted. I followed their rules and emailed to cancel within the 30-day timeframe from my first order. However, they still charged my card for another shipment that I didn't ask for. Unfortunately, I was out of town taking care of a family member and couldn't be there to get the shipment. I sent it back, but they wouldn't give me a refund for the charge that they made without my permission. I had to get my credit card company involved to dispute the charges, and even then, the company gave them the wrong information about my cancellation. This whole situation has been really frustrating and has made me really unhappy with their service.

    I wanted to share something that happened recently that really bothered me. So, after my grandma passed away, I started noticing some strange charges on her account. Turns out, they were for wine purchases from some company she had never bought from before. Back in 2017, she had even tried to stop payments to them, but they kept taking money from her account without telling her. It's just not right, you know? This kind of shady stuff has cost my family a lot of money, and it's really upsetting to see a business prey on someone who can't defend themselves like that.

    Delayed shipment, charged anyway

    So, I thought I was being all smart and savvy by delaying my next wine shipment, but guess what? It still got sent and I got charged for it, like what?! The website said I could delay it, but nope, they decided to send it anyway. And then when I called customer service, they basically told me tough luck and that I could ship it back at my own expense if I wanted store credit. Like, do they think I'm made of money or something? Not cool, man. So, I decided to cancel my membership because seriously, if I'm not getting a good variety of wines and I'm getting charged for stuff I didn't ask for, then what's the point, you know?

    Unfulfilled order, uncooperative customer service

    My experience with this company was so aggravating. I messed up my order and tried to cancel right away, but they wouldn't give me a refund. It's frustrating because my order hadn't even been sent out yet. Their customer service really let me down. They talk about being great with customers, but they couldn't even be understanding in this situation. Now I've got this order I don't want and I'm out of money with no way to fix it. It's really disappointing that they can't be more caring and helpful to their customers.

    Mixed feelings

    My most recent experience with this wine club was not the best. Their ads say you can cancel future orders, but I ended up getting a shipment I didn't want with no way out. It was frustrating that they weren't clear or responsible about it. On top of that, the customer service person I talked to didn't seem to care about my problem and didn't help much. I had to send back the shipment for a credit, which was annoying. Overall, I'm not sure if dealing with this club is worth it.

    My experience with that company was really disappointing. Even though I canceled my membership, I still got sent a package I didn't ask for and got charged without my okay. And when I tried to send back the unopened package, they slapped me with a big restocking fee and pricey shipping costs. I think their customer service is terrible, and it's made me think poorly of them. I highly recommend that others steer clear of this company.

    Three cases of wines

    I recently bought three cases of wine from this company, and I have to admit, they were just okay. Nothing really wowed me or seemed extraordinary. The prices were reasonable, but the shipping fees were way too high. I probably could have found better deals at a local store. It's also frustrating that you don't get free shipping if you order less than 12 bottles, especially if you just want to try a few different types of wine. And as for the 60,000 miles bonus from United Airlines, it still hasn't shown up in my Mileage Plus account after 6-8 weeks. Overall, it was not a great experience.
