    Artwork framing service

    I usually don't really write reviews, but I just had to share how awesome my experience was with this framing service. The artwork framing I got was seriously top-notch. I got two pieces for my twins' nursery, and the attention to detail was amazing. On top of that, the customer service was fantastic. They answered all my questions quickly and made sure to fulfill any special requests I had. It's obvious that this company really cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone's happy. I'm so thankful for the beautifully framed art I now have hanging in my home, it really adds a special touch to the space. Huge thanks for the exceptional service!

    The people working here were super helpful and really knew their stuff about what they were selling. The store was set up in a way that made it easy to find what I was looking for, and there were lots of examples to help me get some ideas. I sort of knew what I wanted, but the person helping me gave me some great suggestions that fit exactly what I needed. They were upfront about how much things cost and how everything would get to me, which I liked. Getting an email later on with a sneak peek and breakdown of the costs was a nice bonus. All in all, it was a really smooth and quick experience.

    Custom framed artwork

    The website was so easy to use! I uploaded my photo and could easily see all the different frame options. After I bought it, they sent me a flat mailer for my artwork, which made it really easy to send out. A week or two later, my artwork came back perfectly framed and ready to hang. The frame is amazing quality and the hanging hardware is super sturdy. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with great communication every step of the way.

    Recent art prints framing

    I just bought some art prints and got them framed by this company. Everything went smoothly and the final product turned out even better than I had hoped.     Feather framing disaster

    I can't believe how terrible the framing job was that I got from this place. I waited almost three months to get my framed feather back, and when I finally did, I saw that it had been glued on backwards and directly onto the matting. The feather looks all dull and drab now, like a bad arts and crafts project from a kid in middle school. And to top it off, the feather is ruined and I can't use it again. What a waste of money and sentimental value.

    Digital print quality issues

    I had a really bad experience with the digital print I ordered from here. The colors were super dark and even after asking for a fix, the replacement was just a little bit better. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone who wants top-notch digital prints, especially photographers who really care about accurate colors.

    Recent custom framing order

    I just want to share my recent experience with this company. I was really let down by how they handled things when I needed some help the most. I had to deal with some personal stuff when my boyfriend wrongly accused me of domestic violence. Even though I really liked working there, I got fired from my job at Framebridge because I couldn't make it to work and let them know what was going on. They knew I was innocent, but they still let me go. It's pretty sad to see a company care more about how they look than taking care of their own people.

    Custom framing project

    I recently worked on a custom framing project with your company, and I have to say it started off really well. The young man and woman who helped me were so friendly and professional. But, when it came to dealing with the manager Russell, things took a turn. He didn't seem to care much about my project, which was a bummer.

    I totally get that the holidays can cause delays, but when my package didn't show up on the promised date, I started to worry. After going to the store a few times, I found out that my order hadn't even been started, despite the delay. I was really concerned about the sentimental item I had left with your company, so I decided to ask for a refund and get my item back.

    Finally, after some back and forth, I did get my refund and my item back. But, the whole situation left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

    Personalized framed print

    Man, what a letdown! I was so excited about getting a personalized framed print, but it turned out to be a total bust. The website made it seem like my order would be here in no time, but it took forever to even get started and then even longer to show up at my door. The customer service reps were friendly, but they couldn't do anything to speed things up. And that "happiness guarantee" they talk about? Total laugh. Save yourself the trouble and find a more dependable service. You'll be glad you did.

    I had a bad experience with a custom framing company that brags about its local shops and fast next-day service. I went to one of their stores near my place, only to find out that their products are actually made and shipped from overseas, specifically India. The stuff I saw was not great quality, kind of like the cheap stuff you can find on tons of other websites. It was really disappointing to see that the physical stores are basically just there for show, with nothing special or locally made to offer. I felt pretty deceived and annoyed by how they weren't upfront about how they operate. I recommend steering clear of this company and looking for other options for custom framing.

    My framed art pieces

    I just had my one-of-a-kind art pieces framed and man, it was a total disaster. Some of them weren't too bad, but my two most favorite pieces got wrecked. And to make matters worse, when I complained, the company just casually offered me a refund like that would fix everything. I'm never going back there again, especially with how much they charge.

    Custom canvas frame order

    I recently ordered a custom canvas frame from you guys, but I gotta say I was pretty let down by the whole thing. I brought my canvas to the store thinking it would be a fast and easy process, but then I got an email a few days later saying my canvas was supposedly "skewed/bowed" and they couldn't finish the job without more changes. I was annoyed because I know my art wasn't messed up like they said it was.

    Online custom framing service

    I hopped on the online custom framing trend and decided to try out this company. Let me tell you, it was a real rollercoaster of emotions. At first, I was super excited about the estimated delivery date they gave me. It seemed like everything was going smoothly. I even made sure to stress in my order comments how important it was to stick to that delivery timeline, just like any reasonable person would. But then what happens? Total radio silence until the original estimated delivery date passes, and all of a sudden, whoosh! The delivery estimate disappeared into thin air. I had to be the one to contact customer service, only to find out they weren't going to make the original shipping date. Like, seriously? What happened to keeping me in the loop? Is it really that difficult to shoot a quick message my way saying, "Hey, things might be running behind"? I appreciate that they eventually rushed my order, but come on, a little heads-up would have been nice.
