    Two suits purchase

    I've been shopping with you guys for years, but ever since the stores closed, I've been noticing a drop in the quality of the clothes online. Just recently, I bought two suits and ended up returning one. But it's been weeks now, and I still haven't gotten my refund back. I've tried reaching out to Customer Service, but no one's updating me. This lack of communication and the delay in getting my money back is just not cool. I think I'll have to take my business elsewhere from now on.

    I had a really bad experience with the digital print I ordered from here. The colors were super dark and even after asking for a fix, the replacement was just a little bit better. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone who wants top-notch digital prints, especially photographers who really care about accurate colors.

    My family recently got a new printer and we were really looking forward to getting it set up and printing all the awesome stuff we found online. But when we tried to insert the ink cartridges, they just wouldn't cooperate! So annoying! We attempted to contact customer service, and let me tell you, the person on the other end sounded like a robot repeating the same questions. And then she abruptly ended the call! How rude! Anyways, we decided to return the printer and exchange it for a different one at the store. I guess we'll be loyal to that brand moving forward.

    I really loved going to the play, the acting was so good! The place was really nice, but man, that AC was kinda loud sometimes. It was easy to find parking on the street, which was great. The people working there were super nice and helpful, they even set up a photo booth for us and gave out free coffee during the break. It was a really nice evening overall.

    My experience with this company totally sucked. I thought I was getting one thing based on the website, but when I got my order, it was totally different. I felt like they tricked me into buying it. When I called customer service, they were no help at all and didn't even fix the problem.     Hey, just a heads up about buying stuff from this company - you might wanna think twice. They'll show you stuff for sale, but when it comes down to actually getting it to you, they can't seem to make it happen. Their warehouse and actual stores don't seem to talk to each other very well, and that leads to a lot of annoyed and let-down customers. It's pretty crazy that in this day and age, they can't even keep track of what they have in stock. Seems like they're not investing enough, especially in their customer service - which honestly feels like it's not even there. So if y'all are thinking about buying from them, do yourself a favor and check out the reviews first. Trust me, I learned the hard way.

    Hey, everyone. So, this whole online shopping ordeal I went through at that sketchy store was a total disaster. Can you believe they wouldn't let me exchange or get a refund for those tiny shoes they sent me? And to top it off, they didn't even have a size chart, so I had to do some serious detective work to figure out my size. When I reached out to their customer service, they just ignored me like I was old news. And get this - they wanted me to pay for shipping to return the shoes, and claimed there was damage to the box to only refund me 30%. It's a total mess, I tell you. I'm not messing around - I'm taking this all the way to the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan.

    Huge price increase

    I've been working for this company for 5 years and I've had a bunch of computers hooked up to it. We were really surprised when they tried to hit us with a bill over $5000 instead of the usual $1900. Thankfully, we caught it and got our money back, but come on, that's just crazy! If you're into unexpected price increases, then go for it, but if not, I'd recommend looking somewhere else.

    The Asuka Bunny costume from this shop is just gorgeous. I love all the little details, especially how I added magnets to sleek up the black part of the legs.     Can you believe I spent $288 on a pair of pants only to have them get a hole after a few washes? So I contacted the company, and they basically said it was just normal wear and tear.     The product just wasn't up to snuff for what it cost. The waistband elastic gave out after only 6 months, even though I washed it correctly. Dealing with customer service was a headache at first, but they finally took care of the problem after a lot of back and forth. Getting a refund was a pain and took forever, so I ended up feeling pretty let down by the whole experience.

    I recently bought the glow set from their website and man, it was a bummer. This was my second time ordering straight from them, and like the first time, something was off with my order. The "glow set" was supposed to come with two samples and some extra stuff, but when I got my package, one of the samples was missing. And of course, it was the one sample I was looking forward to trying the most. So frustrating! It really makes me wonder if they even care about getting orders right and making customers happy.     I've been using this company for about a year now. The process of getting started was super easy, the training they gave me was really beneficial, and everyone I interacted with was so nice and always ready to help with any questions I had. Whenever I needed assistance, whether I called or chatted with them online, the support team was quick to reply and took care of my issues right away. They even had a team to follow up on any ongoing problems, which was awesome. When I got a PA-system type speaker for my warehouse, they gave me a document that was super helpful. However, when I got a slightly different speaker and had some trouble, the tech support fixed it in just 5 minutes, mentioning something about codex. Overall, I would totally recommend this company to others. They definitely appreciate it if you have a bit of knowledge beforehand, but they always do their best to help you out.

    Car rental experience in Milan

    Renting a car in Milan was so easy!
