    It's really unfortunate to read about the bad experience mentioned in the last review. I've personally been a customer of Vape Official and I have to say their service is great. Ordering was easy, the website was user-friendly, and the prices were good with some awesome deals on quality products. The customer service was top-notch, always helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Delivery was fast and my order arrived in perfect shape. All in all, my experience with Vape Official has been really positive.

    My experience with Vape Official was awesome. I saw some reviews that worried me before I bought anything, but I went ahead with it. It took five days to get a notification that my order was coming. When the package arrived, it was all good and just like they said it would be. Everything came on time and in good shape. I was happy with the whole process and the products I got. I'll definitely think about going back to Vape Official for more stuff.

    Problem with order

    My experience with this company seriously bummed me out. I put in an order and one of the items was missing, but they swapped it out without even telling me. I tried hitting them up a bunch of times, but they ghosted me until they asked for pics as proof. Then they tried to say they sent everything when they clearly didn't. The fact that they weren't straight with me and were shady about my order is pretty worrying and totally not cool. They did offer to refund me for the missing item, but I don't have faith in them anymore and won't be shopping with them again.

    Pod system and e-liquids

    I gotta be real with you, my time with this website was a total nightmare. I was really excited to treat myself to a pod system and some e-liquids, even sprung for 2-day shipping. But man, it took over 2 and a half weeks for my stuff to show up. I sent emails asking for updates, but got no response or just some vague reply that didn't help. It felt like they were ghosting me, and I had no idea what was going on with my order. When my package finally arrived, I was like, "Was this really worth it?" I tried to talk to the company about my concerns before writing this harsh review, but they didn't even bother to reply. Talk about disappointing customer service. And to top it off, their phone line was useless because no one ever answered when I called. I'm never using them again. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

    Faulty product

    I was so pumped to get my order, but man, was I let down when the product came all messed up. Dropping $118 on something that doesn't even work is beyond annoying, but what really got me was how unhelpful customer service was. Instead of fixing the problem, they basically said, "Not our problem, go deal with the manufacturer." Now I'm not only out of some cash, but I have to jump through hoops just to get it fixed or replaced. Talk about a total letdown.

    Dead vape

    I bought this vape and when I got it, it was completely dead. I tried to contact the company like they told me to in the instructions, but they were so rude and basically told me too bad. I spent almost $100 on this and I feel like they totally scammed me. At first, I thought maybe they just weren't understood, but now I see that they're actually dishonest and deceitful.

    I recently bought some vape stuff from this company and man, was I bummed out! It took forever for my order to ship, and when I tried to ask about it, they totally ignored me. It's been a whole week and my stuff still hasn't even shipped yet. Come on, in this day and age of everything moving so fast, that's just not cool. This company seriously needs to work on communicating better and being more transparent with their customers. I'm feeling super annoyed and disappointed about the whole situation.

    9 vape pens

    I bought 9 vape pens from this place and the first 5 I received were no good. Only 3 actually worked, which really isn't cool. So, I decided to give them another chance and ordered 4 more, but EVERY SINGLE ONE was either broken, leaking, or wouldn't even turn on! They were texting me all week, but now they won't do anything to fix this terrible order! It seems like they're just out to take our money!

    I ordered 3 packs of Geek Vape IM4 coils and they sent me Z coils which will not work in my tank. 3 phone calls which are never answered, go to voice mail stating to send them an email. So 4 or 5 emails later and I still have not received a response from them. Guess I am just out the $54.
