I recently got health insurance and the lady who helped me was amazing! She really took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, and she had such a great attitude. She made all the boring details way more interesting. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful she was, and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends because of her.
Easy sign-up process, clear options, various payment methods, seamless card download and app access.
Signing up for this service was so easy, I really loved how all the choices were laid out so clearly. It made it simple for me to see exactly what I was getting. Having different ways to pay was a big bonus for me. When I finally signed up, downloading the card and getting into the app went really smoothly, which gave me a lot of confidence in my decision. Everything has been great so far, I'm really happy with my experience.
Refund request for 10-day free look period
I just asked Pivot Health for a refund during the 10-day free look period. This means you can cancel your coverage within 10 days of it starting if you're not happy with it. Sadly, dealing with Pivot Health hasn't been great. Even though I've tried to get my refund, they keep giving me the run-around.
