    Insurance purchase misunderstanding

    I got insurance through this company back in September 2018, but then I found out a year later, in September 2019, that they went ahead and renewed my policy without me saying it was okay. I tried to fix things, but they still charged me a fee for canceling, and they took forever to reply to my emails. I had to call them on a really expensive line to finally get things straightened out, but even then, they wouldn't budge on the cancellation fee.

    Claim assistance disappointment

    I tried to reach out for help with my claim, but it was a total nightmare. The automated phone system was useless, and I was stuck on hold for what felt like forever before being told there was no one around to pick up. Leaving a voicemail didn't do anything either. This terrible customer service situation has me wondering if I can really count on this company when I actually need them. Even though they're known for being cheap, the thought of not getting any help is pretty worrying.

    My experience dealing with this insurance company for a claim was super frustrating. They weren't helpful at all and used this third-party company that made everything even more of a hassle. Plus, the constant changes in who I was talking to and the fact that they couldn't even keep track of my case just added to the mess. It's really disappointing to see them care more about saving money than actually helping their customers and honoring legit claims. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone who needs a trustworthy and supportive insurance provider.

    My house damaged due to road race clashes
    Sometimes I don't believe how it happened.Six year back when I had purchased this small house but in very good location ,almost a T point of downtown area.Originally seller of of this house did not noticed this important factor and I too didn't after three years of purchase .
    One incident scared me and decided to take out an insurance for my safety and house too.
    This SLI website inspired and leave my contact and details.
    Within no time I got call from them and after some important discussion insured house.
    And just few days back my house damaged due to road race who hits outer wall and windows .
    When got my claim I could understand importance of insurance else I was in position to repair this big damage .
