My Experience with Adam and Eve
I have been a client of Adam and Eve for several months now and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with the company. Their online store is easy to navigate and they have a wide variety of products to choose from. I appreciate that they offer a discreet shipping option, which is important to me.
The customer service is top notch. I had an issue with my order and they were quick to respond and resolve the problem to my satisfaction.
The prices are also very reasonable and they often have sales and promotions. I've even recommended Adam and Eve to my friends and family.

Turns out, they only send a confirmation when the order actually ships, which I didn't know at first. But then I talked to Amy from customer support, and she was super helpful. She told me my order would ship within 24 hours, which was awesome to know. Amy cleared up my confusion and reassured me about the order status. It was a quick response and she made everything clear, which was great. I'm happy with the customer service I received.
Variety of adult toys
I just bought a bunch of adult toys from this store, and honestly, I was pretty impressed with all the choices they had. Even though I saw a bad review beforehand, I actually found the staff to be super helpful and really knew their stuff. They were happy to help me find exactly what I wanted. The store was also really clean and well-organized, which made it easy to check out all the options. All in all, it was a good shopping trip.
My surprise package
I got some stuff and the tracking was kinda slow. But the customer service came through and told me my package was coming. When it finally showed up early, I opened it and was surprised to see 6 things crammed into a tiny bag. Even though the items were smaller than I thought, they were actually really good quality.
3-in-1 Scented Unicorn Lube
I got this unicorn lube online and was super pumped to use it with my friends at our sleepover. But man, the whole process felt like waiting for a snail mail! Seriously, how can it take so long to process an order nowadays? And then they have the audacity to charge an "express" processing fee? Give me a break! I didn't even bother calling to complain because I knew it would be a waste of time. The package finally showed up after what seemed like forever. And they use some strange DHL smart parcel shipping method that just makes the whole process more complicated than it needs to be. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, this place needs to catch up with the times.
Battery operated items
I gotta say, I was really let down by the battery-operated stuff I bought. Right off the bat, both items were total duds, and it really got on my nerves. So, I reached out to customer service to talk about it, and their response was pretty disheartening. They didn't seem too concerned about the quality of their products – all they cared about was if I wanted a refund or a replacement. That kinda makes me wonder if this company is legit at all, and honestly, I'm not too sure I'll even get that refund.

These sticky hands are awesome! They glow in the dark and stick to everything. I had so much fun playing with them with my friends at a sleepover. Definitely recommend them!
cool stuff
I've ordered some neat things from this place a few times. But the last couple of times, my orders ended up getting sent back since the delivery person didn't bring them to my house. It was really disappointing because then they blocked me from ordering more cool stuff, claiming too many of my orders were sent back. That's just not cool, it's definitely poor customer service.
Vibrating wand massager
I just bought a vibrating wand massager from this company and let me tell you, I was so bummed to find out they back a dicey influencer. It's just not cool that they are okay with someone promoting explicit stuff and dangerous behavior. I don't want my hard-earned cash supporting a company linked to all that negativity. I really hope others think twice before giving them business and look for other options with more positive values.
Cool stuff
I can't believe how sketchy this company is! I saw some cool stuff in their email ad and didn't even get the discount they promised. Then they told me I needed to sign for delivery, but when I asked why, they just went ahead and canceled my order. Like, for real?! Garbage.

I bought some adult toys online recently. The shipping was fast, but I was bummed that the product came in an open package and the quality was not great. I picked this store because it's known for having good stuff, but I was disappointed with what I got. My overall experience wasn't what I was expecting.
Mistakenly ordered the wrong product
I had a really bad experience with this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong product, and when I tried to fix it on the website, I couldn't because my profile wasn't set up for some reason. So I ended up calling customer service twice - once right after I ordered and then again a week later to try and fix the mistake.
Both times they told me that nothing had been shipped and that my card wouldn't be charged. But guess what? The product showed up today, even though the customer service people said it wouldn't. This inconsistency and lack of honesty is not cool at all. I always make sure to record my calls with companies like this to protect myself, because sometimes they conveniently forget what they promised.Lace lingerie set
I bought a lace lingerie set, but it turned out to be lower quality than I thought. The material felt cheap and scratchy on my skin. I ended up sending it back without even opening it up. The return process was a pain and not very easy to do. I had to fill out a long form and buy my own shipping label, which was annoying. All in all, I was let down by the product and the return process.

I really regret not looking into things before buying because let me tell you, this customer service experience I just had was the absolute worst. Long story short, I ordered something and it was apparently delivered, but I never got it. And when I asked for help, they just passed the buck to the shipping company and then pretty much hung up on me. Their attitude and unprofessional behavior really let me down.
Quick and discreet purchase
I bought something online real quick, all on the down low. I was pretty stoked when I got the email saying my order was confirmed and ready to track. But when I went to check the status, nothing showed up. So, I hit up customer service for some help, but they were super rude and not helpful at all. It was pretty annoying to get no help and feel like they didn't care about my issues. I really would have preferred better communication and more support. All in all, I was let down by the lack of follow-up and professionalism.
Several adult toys
I gotta tell you, dealing with this company has been a major letdown. So get this - I accidentally ordered something and right away I reached out to customer service to cancel it. But guess what they said? No can do. I was totally surprised that they couldn't just cancel my order. And here's the kicker - turns out the order was actually made by a kid! When I pointed this out, they basically shrugged it off and said it wasn't their problem. Can you believe that? Shipping adult stuff to a minor is totally not cool and just plain wrong. Their attitude about this serious issue seriously grosses me out. I'm telling everyone to steer clear of this company.
