Two dresses
I ordered both dress at the same time, I only received one. I am having a problem getting someone to talk to about and order I mistakenly place for an item twice and would like to cancel one of the items.

Thieves and scammers, send items under the name John Doe, ignorant and high way robbery don’t buy whatever you do don’t buy, l am pursuing them they have someone in Illinois who uses John Doe name and cover up the Chinese address but l got their address

A total scam, DO NOT ORDER HERE!
Place my order of 3 items, I received complete different items, not even my size. I still believe I received someone else's order. It was impossible to make them understand the issue. Keep emailing back and forth with non sense and not able to resolve the issue. So simple, to return what is not mine and get mine or a full refund if you don't have the items... I paid a $125 they wanted to give me a $16 refund... NEVER AGAIN!Clothing
I ordered two tops the first time from this store. It took more shipping time than expected. Their customer service took a long time to reply. One of the tops I received is totally different from what I ordered. I contacted the customer service to complain & requested them sending me the correct item as I bought it for my holiday party. CS said I have to return the item at my own expense to get the refund & tried to convince me not to as they said it may cost me US$50 shipping vs I paid $28.50 for the missing top. They offered me a few $ of partial refund & a few $ store credit for my next purchase provided I still have to return the wrong item on my own expense. We went back & forth a few times as I said I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card as I think it’s a fraud to not refunding me. They brought up their return policy time after time against my claim. If I were the person who ordered the wrong item/wrong size etc., I’m convinced that I should comply with their return policy but if they just send me something & asked me to accept the way it is, why should I follow the policy as it’s not my fault? No matter what my rationale is, CS just sent me the same reply as if it’s a self generated verbiage.
Conclusion: this business doesn’t care about their customers, never admit their mistakes. It’s a fraud as I’m not sure how many of their customers have my same experience. NEVER BUY from Alisastyle if you don’t want to feel sorry!Clothes
I ordered 2 dresses and one of them that I received completely different style and color. I paid 80 dollars for clothes that I thought I will get it. I sent it to them my original ordered and picture of what they sent to me. The item I received I won't pay 20 dollars for it. When I contacted them to send it the my ordered they will refund me 16 dollars for clothes that I paid 80 dollars. I am extremely disappointed. I will say that don't ordered from this business.
2 dresses
NEGATIVE They sent one dress. The other dress has not been sent nor any concrete reason why I've not received the other one. In fact NO RESPONSE. I ordered on March 29, 2021. It's now April 25,2021. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Customer Service is apart of selling items. Give me my dress or my money back. I will contact my credit card company and the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I don't believe their reviews either. Nothing but LIES.

IT'S A FRAUD. I ASKED ON A PAGE NAME TIMICHIC AND THEN I ARRIVED BY EMAIL WITH ALYSASTYLE. THEY DID NOT ANSWER EMAILS AND EMAILS BOUNCED. AFTER PAYPAL CONTACTED THEM, THEY WRITE ME AND SEND A TOTALLY WRONG AND POOR-QUALITY ORDER 3 MONTHS LATER. NOTHING OF WHAT IS PUBLISHED IN PHOTOS.
is the dress u received same as pictures?
