Quality Products and Sustainable Practices
I am a long-time client of Alo Yoga and I am extremely pleased with the quality of their products and their commitment to their customers.
I first discovered Alo Yoga through their website, where I was able to browse their selection of yoga clothing and accessories. I was immediately impressed by the variety of styles and colors available, as well as the high quality of the materials used.
I have since purchased multiple items from Alo Yoga and have been consistently impressed with the fit, durability, and comfort of their clothing. Their leggings and bras are some of my favorites, as they provide great support and stay in place during even the most intense yoga sessions.
In addition to the quality of their products, I have also been impressed with Alo Yoga's commitment to sustainability. They have a number of eco-friendly products available, and they also make a point of using sustainable materials and manufacturing processes.
Overall, I highly recommend Alo Yoga to anyone looking for high-quality yoga clothing and accessories. They have a great selection, and their commitment to sustainability is a huge plus.Pink biker shorts
I bought these really cute pink biker shorts, but after wearing them a few times, they ripped at the seams! 😣🙈 I contacted customer service and they were incredible 🤩 so nice, helpful, and quick to respond. They fixed my issue in just a few days and gave me a refund so I could get another pair. The new ones showed up really quickly 🚚, and the customer service was exceptional 🤩 thank you so much!
Muse hoody & sweatpants in gravel heather
Just got my order and I have to tell you, I am so impressed. The muse hoody & sweatpants are top-notch quality - so well made, super comfy, and they look awesome on me! I'm 5'10 and 130 pounds, so I got the small leggings & medium top and they fit like a dream. I'm thrilled with my buy, I'm already thinking about getting them in a different color.
Misleading product description
As someone who's shopped internationally, I recently bought something online because of the photos, but when I got it, it looked nothing like what was shown. It was really disappointing and annoying, especially since I had to pay for return shipping. Businesses really need to be honest and accurate in their product descriptions to prevent upsetting customers like me.
Cashmere set purchased in December
I was super bummed about the cashmere set I bought last December. I followed the care instructions on the tag to a tee, but the set totally shrunk after just one wear. When I pointed this out to the manager, they were so rude and dismissive. It was frustrating to be told not to wash cashmere when I followed the care instructions. Now I'm a little wary of buying from this store again and I feel like they don't back up the quality of their clothes.
Yoga pants purchase
I bought a pair of yoga pants from this company recently, and man oh man, let me tell you, I was super disappointed with their returns policy and customer service. They say they're a global company, but get this - if you're in the UK, you gotta figure out and pay for the return all the way to the US. What a hassle, right? They claim "easy returns," but it's a bunch of baloney. Their policy doesn't follow UK consumer laws and basically means no returns because the cost to ship it back could be more than the refund. Plus, their terms and conditions are shady since they don't mention that returns have to go to the US. I'm fuming about this and definitely gonna report them. I won't be buying anything from them ever again, that's for sure.
Overpriced sweatpants
I'm really bummed about the sweatpants I bought. They started pilling like crazy after just one wash, which never happened with my Lululemon ones. It's not cool to pay a lot of money for crappy quality stuff.
Two sweatpants
The sweatpants I bought were so disappointing. They were super thin and felt like they would fall apart after one wash. Plus, returning them was a hassle and cost me more money than the pants were worth. Definitely steer clear of this brand - not worth it!
Yoga mat purchase
I'm really bummed about the yoga mat I bought recently. It fell apart after just a few uses, with the surface coming off. I reached out to customer service and sent photos to show what happened, hoping they'd fix it. But I was surprised when they said it was just normal wear and tear. I wasn't happy with that response at all. It felt like they didn't care about my concerns. The product was low quality and the customer service was disappointing, so I won't be buying from them again.
Online purchase of athletic wear
I just bought some athletic clothes online and it was a nightmare dealing with their customer service. I paid for my stuff, but then quickly changed my mind and tried to cancel the order. I called right away, but they said the refund was already in the works and I was good to go. Fast forward a week and the package shows up at my door. Even though I canceled in time, they wouldn't help with the return shipping. I sent a bunch of emails with no reply, and when I finally got a hold of someone on the phone, they were really rude.
Soho pullover disappointing quality
I recently bought one of your Soho pullovers, and man, I gotta say, I'm really bummed out about the quality. I've usually been pretty happy with the stuff I've gotten from your store before, but this pullover just didn't cut it. It fit great and I was looking forward to wearing it all the time, but it started getting all pilly and even got holes under the sleeve after just a few wears. And for $140, that's just not cool. I got two different colors and had the same issues with both. It's disappointing to have such a bad experience with a brand I used to love.
Ordered a product a month ago
I bought something a month ago but it got lost in the mail. Dealing with customer service has been super frustrating. They said they'd send me a replacement and email me when it shipped, but I never got anything. Every time I called, they told me my problem would be fixed soon, but it never was. Finally, I had to ask for a refund, and that's taking forever too. It's really disappointing how this company is handling things. I probably won't buy from them again.
White t-shirt and skirt purchases
I just got this white t-shirt and skirt from this brand, and man, I gotta say, I was so disappointed. The white t-shirt was all wide and boxy around my waist, the material felt cheap, and it just didn't fit right at all, even though I got a small like I usually do. I ended up sending it back because it was just not worth it. And then the skirt, oh boy. The first time I wore it, it got all wrinkly super fast, and the shorts underneath were like, paper-thin with no stretch, so they just kept riding up all day. Even though the color was cute, the fabric was terrible and the whole skirt felt like it was made on the cheap. I was totally let down by the whole experience, and you can bet I won't be buying from this brand again. I'll stick with my trusty Lululemon that always comes through with quality stuff.
Faulty leggings, poor customer service
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. I made the mistake of buying a pair of leggings when I was in their store in NYC, and man, do I regret it. I wore them just a few times before the seams started falling apart. I got in touch with customer service, followed their instructions to send pictures, and was told I'd get a return label. But after waiting 9 days, they told me since I'm outside the US, I'd have to pay to ship the defective item back. A brand that won't own up to selling a defective product isn't worth your money. Don't shop here!
