I've been a customer at Aqua Supercenter for a long time, and let me tell you, their customer service is top-notch! I just had to get a new motor for my pool pump, and I found the perfect one at an online store. I had a hard time choosing which motor to go with, so I decided to hop on their LiveChat and chat with a customer service rep. It was great - the rep was super nice and knew their stuff, and they helped me find the right replacement in no time. After I made my purchase, I checked prices on other pool websites and saw that this store had the best deal. I was really happy with the price I got for the motor.
Online purchase of a home appliance
Man, let me tell you, dealing with this company has been a total nightmare. I bought a home appliance online, and they never even shipped it out to me. On top of that, they never gave me a refund. It's like they just took my money and ran off into the sunset without a care in the world. Their customer service was absolutely terrible, and I'm left feeling completely frustrated and ripped off. If you care about your time and money, beware and definitely steer clear of this company.
Purchased filters in early August
I bought some filters that were supposed to be in stock, but I haven't gotten any shipping updates. And when I tried contacting customer service through chat, nobody replied. Starting to think this might be a scam.
My purchase was a super cool skateboard and matching helmet!
I was really pumped to get this amazing skateboard and helmet set from Aqua Supercenter, but it ended up being a huge letdown. They ended up charging my mom's credit card three times for a ton of money and then didn't even send my stuff! It was such a rip-off! We tried reaching out to them by phone and email, but they never got back to us. All we got was this lame letter saying they had issues with their suppliers and promised to refund our money. But I just wanted my skateboard and helmet to cruise around with my buddies! Aqua Supercenter is definitely a scam!
Pool supplies purchase
I bought a bunch of pool stuff from this supercenter, and man, it's been a real letdown. Dropped 500 bucks on my order, but haven't seen hide nor hair of my stuff yet. Tried calling and emailing the company tons of times, but no one's getting back to me. They told me they'd bump up my order, but it's been more than a week with no word. And to top it off, they charged my card right away. Talk about frustrating.
Brass Anchor
I bought a Brass Anchor from Aqua Supercenter on September 29th and it's been a total nightmare. Still haven't gotten my order even though they already took my money. I've been trying to contact them through email and phone, but no one ever gets back to me. The phone number on their website doesn't work and there's never anyone on the chat. Super disappointed with their terrible customer service and lack of communication. Definitely wouldn't suggest buying anything from this place. Beware of this seller, folks!

I bought a pool part from Aqua Supercenter not too long ago. I've been having some big delays getting my order, and it's been frustrating. I've tried reaching out a bunch of times, but I haven't heard anything back from them. This lack of communication and responsibility is really disappointing, especially during pool season when you need to get things fixed and maintained quickly.
Large pool float purchase
I bought this big pool float from Aqua Supercenter not long ago, and let me tell you, it was a letdown from start to finish. Supposedly this thing was supposed to ship out the same day, but it took a whopping two weeks to show up at my door. And when it did, wouldn't you know it, I found some nasty stains all over it. I figured, hey, let's give it a shot anyway and fill it up. But oh man, talk about a letdown - there was a huge hole in the thing, and it deflated in no time. Clearly, I got stuck with some shoddy, used float that someone had sent back since the box and bag were all taped up. I tried reaching out to Aqua Supercenter several times to get a refund for this dud, but surprise surprise, they never got back to me. If only I'd done my homework before buying from these guys. Learn from my mistake and watch out when you're thinking about spending your cash here - seems like they're all about selling broken stuff at full price and then ghosting you when there's a problem.

My experience at Aqua Supercenter was a huge letdown. I ordered pool supplies online and never got my stuff. They said their payment system messed up and they couldn't give me a refund. That's just not good customer service and shows they're not taking responsibility. I have emails to back up what they did, so I want to warn others to be careful when dealing with this company.
Home security camera
I just bought a home security camera from this supercenter and man, I gotta say, I am so disappointed with the whole thing. The website said they had it "in stock," so I bought it. But then they charged my card right away and never sent the product. I tried to contact customer service over chat multiple times, but it never worked. And the discount code I had didn't work either, so now I feel totally ripped off and super frustrated. This whole thing just really stinks and I won't be shopping with them again.

I ordered something online and it never showed up. When I asked about it, they said I wouldn't get it or my money back, and told me to take it up with my credit card company. I'm really frustrated - this is terrible customer service and a total headache.

Oh my gosh, I ordered a pump motor like a month ago and it still hasn't shipped! I've called them so many times, but they keep avoiding me and never answer! I even tried to get a refund, but it's like they've vanished into thin air. Honestly, don't bother dealing with these folks.
