Slow delivery
I just wanted to give some feedback on my recent purchase from your company. One of my packages ended up taking longer to arrive, but I have to say, the customer service I got from Eve was amazing. She really went above and beyond to help me track down my package and make sure it was on its way. Not only did she refund me for the delayed postage, but she also gave me a 10% discount on my order as a nice gesture. I was really blown away by how much Eve cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase.
Emma dress in new colors
The Emma dress is a must-have in my closet, and I was so excited to see it in new colors this year. The dress is top-notch quality and I always get compliments when I wear it. Plus, Jade from customer service was super helpful with my order, giving me all the info I needed and making sure everything went smoothly. But man, those dresses are kind of pricey, and it's a bummer that they're never on sale. Still, I'm happy with my purchase and will definitely keep coming back for more.
My recent clothing purchase
The clothes I ordered got here really fast and they were in awesome shape. I was super happy with how good the fabric felt and how nicely the clothes fit me. The colors were so bright and looked just like they did on the website. Every time I've worn these outfits, I've gotten tons of compliments. They've become my new favorites to wear for all sorts of events. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Navy & White Cali Jumper
I just got the navy & white Cali jumper and I am absolutely blown away by how nice it is. It arrived super quick, just 2 days after I ordered it. The fit is spot on, it drapes really nicely and looks super flattering. The merino wool is incredibly soft and feels so luxurious, like cashmere against my skin. Every time I wear it, I get tons of compliments on how great it looks. Thanks for making such an awesome product!
Cute clothes, shoes, and jewelry
I went to the store and oh my gosh, it was so cute! They had the most adorable clothes, jewelry, and shoes. Sarah was super helpful in finding me the right size and she knew all about the products. You should totally check it out!
Organic cotton skirt and top
The organic cotton skirt and top I bought were really nice. The Lily Flower Grey color is so pretty, and I loved all the little details in the design. But I was a bit bummed when the skirt's pink wrapping paper inside was torn when it got here, kind of took away from the whole look.
Lovely kaftans, different colors
I bought two really pretty kaftans in different colors, but turns out they didn't look as good on me as I thought they would. Had to return them, but the customer service folks were super helpful with that whole process. Even though it didn't work out this time, I might still check out some other styles in the future.
Two dresses purchased
I just bought two dresses from this store and let me tell you, I couldn't be happier. The sizing was perfect and both dresses fit like a dream. The quality totally blew me away, they look and feel amazing. And I loved that they used eco-friendly packaging, with tissue paper and a paper padded envelope instead of plastic.
Beautiful soft cotton shorts in a gorgeous green & white print
The shorts are so cute, and they fit like a dream! I got the XS size and it was just right for my short frame. I'm only 5 feet tall, so the length was perfect. I'm super happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be checking out more stuff from this brand in the future!
