I placed an order on 12/06/06. Payment cleared my bank on 12/07/2020. On 12/08/2020 I received an email stating the item was shipped. I have sent several emails, posted in their forum, and sent requests for support via their support links. As of 12/21/2020 I have not received my order and I have not received a response from Audew.
There is no other way to contact them. This is VERY POOR SERVICE!Jump starter
I carefully searched and researched parts. The advertised quality was spot on relative to how great is. I was very concerned about the fit and even spoke with a customer service via email. Firstly, I can't get a reply from them until they told me the email was filer into spam box and I get a reply.
I recently purchased the Audew car battery jumper 2000 peak power unit. After 6 uses in one week it failed completely. The unit said 80% remaining power when I went to use it and immediately dropped to ZERO % upon turning the key. The worst part is I sent Audew FIVE emails with no response. And even worse their website gives NO RETURN ADDRESS to send it back to them. My advice: Buy from a place you know you can return it to.
