Clear skin elixir and radiant cleansing nectar
The products are really great, I've been a loyal customer for a while now and have seen amazing results in my skin. But there are a few things that could be better. First off, every bottle of clear skin elixir I've bought has been a hassle to use. I always have to struggle to get the product out, which is annoying. It would be easier if it came in a jar with a lid instead. Also, the radiant cleansing nectar seems to run out quickly, even when I don't use much. When the liquid runs out and there's still oil left, I have to add Witch Hazel to make it last longer. Overall, the products work great but the packaging could be improved.

My experience with this online skincare store was pretty good. The buying process was simple and the prices were fair. Customer service was average, nothing amazing but no complaints either. However, I did notice that the quality of the products was not top-notch. The packaging and delivery were good though, so that was a plus. I just had my shipment stolen, which really stinks. But the customer support team was awesome in getting me a replacement super quick, especially since I was headed out of town soon. I really appreciated their fast help and support.
