Camera purchase
I recently bought a camera from this one seller. But when I got the camera, it didn't work right. So, I contacted their customer support for help. They said it was the SIM card causing the issue, but even after getting a new one and trying different things, the problem didn't go away. I emailed their support team 15 times, but they couldn't fix it. So, I had to tell my credit card company it was fraud to get my money back. This whole thing was really frustrating and makes me think the vendor isn't very good.
Cheap action camera
This action camera is seriously a letdown. It keeps freezing all the time, which makes it super hard to get any good footage. And even when it does record, the video is all shaky and jittery, making it totally useless. How are they even trying to sell this as an action camera without any kind of stabilization? It's honestly pretty ridiculous.
Camera purchase
Hey, so I got this camera and I had a really important question about it, you know? I tried to contact customer service for help, but this lady named Ruby totally ignored me! She just told me to go back to the store where I bought it, even though the manual says to reach out to Campark for support. It was not cool at all. Just a heads up before you decide to make a purchase from them!
Wifi cameras
I bought a bunch of wifi cameras from this company not too long ago and man, let me tell you, it was a total letdown. Soon as I got those cameras, they wouldn't even work right. So I called customer service to tell them what was up and asked for a refund since their site talks about "Free shipping and returns." But instead of helping me out, they gave me a hard time and said I could only swap out the messed up cameras. That's when I decided to hit up PayPal to file a complaint and try to get my money back.
Wildlife camera
I got this wildlife camera from that store and man, it was the worst. It didn't even work when I got it, like seriously? The software was so crappy and hard to use, like c'mon! I contacted their customer support and all they did was give me the same useless troubleshoots. I'm not a tech expert, I just want my camera to work so I can take some cool animal pics. Ugh, so frustrating!
Action Cam
I can't believe they sell a action cam with 2 batteries and "NO" charger. I contacted them and they told Me that the camera is the charger. How can you keep both batteries charged if the only way to charge them is actually with the camera. I bought one of their cameras a few years ago and it "DID" include a charger. And when I talked about returning it for a refund, I was told about all the cost and fees associated with a return. So it seems I'm stuck with this camera but I wanted to let future customers of how they treat customers ONCE they have your money.
