Water filter purchase
I bought some water filters for my fridge’s dispenser not too long ago. The first couple were totally fine, but the third one started spitting out this gross black stuff. Naturally, I got worried about the quality of the filters, so I reached out to the company for some help. Unfortunately, the response I got back was pretty disappointing. The representative basically just said the product was out of warranty and didn't bother to address the whole black stuff situation. The lack of customer service and transparency really left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere for water filters from now on.
Water filtration system
I really wish I had checked out the negative reviews before I decided to order from this company. The good reviews on their website paint a much rosier picture than what I actually experienced. I tried to cancel my order right after placing it, but they said it was already on its way, even though USPS had no record of it. They wouldn't budge on canceling it and told me to send it back once it arrived. Judging by how they handled other people's refunds, I doubt I'll ever see my money again, even if I do send back the item. To make matters more complicated, the charge on my credit card came from a company in Hong Kong. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company to save yourself from the frustration and letdown that I went through. Clatterans, there's no point asking for my order number because your customer service has been completely unhelpful and MIA.
Automatic reorder issue
I can't believe this company went ahead and put me on some kinda automatic reorder list without even asking me first. Like, who does that? So, I got these filters in the mail that I never even ordered, and I was like, what the heck is going on here? And they didn't even give a heads up on their website about this sneaky move. So, I called them up right away to get my name off that list, but man, that process was so confusing.
Good thing I paid with PayPal though, 'cause now I can stop any shady charges from happening in the future. And then, on top of all that, the water filter I bought started leaking after only a few days! Shoulda checked the reviews before buying, lesson learned. Definitely do your research before dealing with this sketchy company.Billed for two orders
I just bought something, and I couldn't believe they charged me for two orders instead of one. I called customer service right away to sort this out, but nothing's been done yet. Dealing with this is really annoying, especially since it wasn't my fault. I'm hoping someone can help me fix this soon. Thanks.
Auto-renewal subscription charge
I'm really upset about the auto-renewal subscription charge that I keep getting billed for, even though I canceled it six months ago. It's been really frustrating and disappointing dealing with the company's poor customer service in fixing this. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but nothing's been done. It's not right to keep getting charged for a service I don't want anymore. I really hope the company can make this right and give me back the money for those charges that I didn't authorize.
Refrigerator Filter
All of the negative reviews are spot on. I only wish I had read these before ordering. They only post positive reviews on their site. I attempted to cancel within minutes of ordering and they said item had shipped. According to USPS, at that time item had not been received for shipping. They refuse to cancel and say to return upon delivery. Based on other reviews, how can they be trusted to refund even upon return. Credit card charge came from company in Hong Kong. Save yourself the headache and do not give this company your business. Clatterans, dont bother asking for my order number since you dont plan on fixing this issue based on my numerous emails with your customer service robots.
Ref Filters
Tried for two days to order filters. I found what i needed but could not checkout. Tried to use my credit card and was directed to pay pall.

Directions say flush 4 gallons before use. How do i do this. At the rate I see, it would take over 24 hours of constant refilling. No phone or email response.
