Quick and easy purchase
My time with this company was decent. Nothing particularly amazing, but nothing terrible either. Their website was easy to use, and everything was clear. However, the customer service was lacking. They weren't mean, just not very engaged or helpful. The prices were fair, not too high. Overall, it was an okay experience, and I might give them another shot in the future.
Handheld massager
I got a handheld massager as a gift recently and thought I’d look into the warranty situation with Comfier. To my surprise, the little card in the box said that the warranty didn’t cover freebies, gifts, replacements, or refurbished items. It seemed weird to me that they wouldn’t stand by their own replacements or refurbs. So I decided to poke around their website. At first glance, everything seemed legit. But as I dug deeper, I noticed some sketchy stuff. For instance, the price of the same handheld massager model varied a lot depending on the color – anywhere from $71.99 to $159.99. It felt like they were playing games to get folks to drop more cash. And then I stumbled upon a listing for a product called “Copy of Comfier Massage Gun…” priced at a jaw-dropping $4,601.01. That’s insane! It made me question if the whole site was on the up and up. Between the fishy warranty and those crazy prices, I wasn’t too eager to hand over my personal info for warranty registration. It’s a bummer to see a company pulling shady moves like that.
Hand massager
I bought a hand massager from the store, but it stopped working. When I called customer service, they said they were out of stock and suggested another one from China. But that replacement was too small, and I couldn't use it properly. I asked to return it and get the original one back, but they didn't listen. Now I'm left with a massager that doesn't work for me. If this happens to you, make sure you think twice about their suggestions before agreeing to a replacement.
A cozy blanket
So, I picked up this blanket from here and to be honest, it's not great but it's not terrible either. The website layout is a bit confusing, and it took me a while to find what I was looking for. The prices are a little steep for me, but the quality is decent. Sometimes the search bar doesn't give me the results I want and getting around the site can be a hassle. All in all, I'm not sure if I'd recommend this place to my friends, but it's not the worst I've seen.
Shiatsu Back Massager + Shoulder and Neck Massager purchase
When I got that email about the Black Friday deals from the company, I was so excited. I've been wanting to get that Shiatsu Back Massager + Shoulder and Neck Massager that my friend recommended for a while now. But when I tried to order it on their website, I ran into a bunch of problems. I kept getting errors and my emails wouldn't go through. I'm 81 years old, so I don't have time to waste. I really hope the company fixes this issue soon so I can buy what I want.
