Service charge issues
I was super pumped to cancel my service with this company, but then out of nowhere, they charged my card with some surprise fee! I was shocked, man. I reached out to them to ask what the deal was, and they claimed it was for a consultation fee from a year ago. Seriously, like, what?! I wasn't even using their services at that time! And now I'm stuck because I can't remove my card from their site. So now, I have to go through the hassle of getting a brand new card just to cut ties with them. It's so irritating, you know?
Paid upfront, had to jump through hoops to speak with someone, wrong medicine prescribed, still had to pay
This company is terrible! I had to pay upfront before I even got a chance to speak to someone, and when I finally did, it was a complete disaster. They ended up giving me the incorrect medicine and I still had to fork over the money for it. It's such a joke!
Refund request
I was really bummed out by how little help I got from the company when I asked for a refund. They basically did nothing to help me and didn't seem like they even cared about fixing the problem. Dealing with a company that doesn't respond and isn't helpful is super annoying. I wouldn't suggest bothering with them at all.

However, I ended up waiting six days without hearing from a provider or getting a treatment plan. I decided to reach out to them for an update. Their communication was not great, and they gave excuses about being busy and having mix-ups with other patients. I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and organization, especially when it comes to mental health support. I asked for a refund because I didn't receive proper care, but they said no, even though I didn't get any actual medical treatment. This seems kind of shady since they already charged my insurance. I also wanted to talk to a supervisor, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. Overall, my experience with Cove has been really frustrating and unprofessional.
