Diamond engagement ring
I just bought a gorgeous diamond engagement ring from this place and I'm thrilled with how everything turned out. Deluxe Cigar Bundle
So, yeah, I ordered this really awesome deluxe cigar bundle. But then, like, the customs in Italy messed everything up and sent it back. I tried to get a refund from the post office, but they were like, "nope, only the shipper can do that." So, I contacted Mike's Cigars a bunch of times to try and figure it out, but no dice. They just didn't seem to care, and it's been ages since then. It's so frustrating, they should be totally embarrassed.

Payment app experience
The payment app I tried was a total letdown. The customer service team didn't seem to know much about what they were doing, and I couldn't find the features they promised. And don't get me started on how the "Paycheck Router" feature wasn't even an option for Android users - major disappointment. On top of that, I made the mistake of choosing the early payment with the Earnin Card, but the funds were never right and couldn't be used like they said. Even though my job confirmed my payday, Earnin dropped the ball and didn't come through with the money on time. It just left me feeling frustrated and I had to end up cancelling my account.

I just bought some stuff for my pets from this online store and I gotta say, I was super impressed. They had so many different products for my furry buddies, and the prices were seriously unbeatable. Poor customer service
I can't believe how terrible the customer service is at this place! I've been trying to return something and haven't heard back from them at all. How am I supposed to figure out how to return my item without any help from the customer service team? I've sent multiple emails and none of them have been acknowledged. And to make matters worse, the prices are ridiculously high and the customer service is basically non-existent. It's just a big joke!

Incorrect order received
I've had a pretty disappointing experience with this company lately. I got three wrong items in my order. I tried calling and emailing them, but their phone number didn't work and I never heard back. It's such a letdown compared to how great they were when I first ordered. Now I don't know what to do to fix this mess.
