I have been a loyal customer for 2 years
I've been buying stuff from this company for about 2 years now and I gotta say, their products are top-notch. I did have a small problem with the handles once, but their customer service team took care of it real quick by sending me a new pair in just 2 days. I really like that they have a bunch of different rope options, like the get strong and get lean sets. All in all, this company has some awesome products and great customer service.
Get lean set purchase
I just bought the get lean set and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how everything turned out. The delivery was fast, the customer service was top-notch, and the prices were fair. I had to order some more stuff from the US and the UK team really helped me out, making the whole process smooth and simple. My stuff got here in less than a week and I couldn't be more pleased with how good everything is.
Got my jump rope
I ordered this jump rope and it never showed up at my place. I was pretty bummed about it, but then I reached out for help and they got back to me really fast. They sent me a new one right away to a FedEx spot close to where I live. I got it in just 2 days and I was thrilled. The customer service was awesome and I felt like they really cared about me getting my jump rope.

The jump ropes are okay, but I think they're way too expensive. When I used them inside, I noticed they left marks on my wooden floors, which was really disappointing. And the Facebook group is really strict - they watch posts closely and delete ones that talk about different jump rope brands or say anything negative about the products.

I bought the Heavy ropes online after seeing a video on YouTube about jump rope tricks. I was hoping they would help me improve my jump rope skills, but they were too heavy for me to handle. AMP Handles

Lean and strong bundle purchase
I bought the Lean and Strong bundle right after I got an email saying they started shipping to the UK. I was so pumped to finally grab those ropes I'd been eyeing for a while. I got in touch with customer service and asked for a refund of the difference, but they said no, blaming it on a marketing goof. Even when I tried to go up the ladder, I ended up losing money and feeling let down by the whole thing. It sucks when a company won't own up to their mistakes, especially when you're already putting a good chunk of change into their stuff.
Heavy set
Hey everyone, check this out. So I got these really heavy ropes thinking I could handle them, but man, they were way too big and heavy for me. I wanted to return them, but get this - the company gave me a shipping label to send them back to Ireland! Can you believe that? Plus, I had to pay import taxes and extra delivery charges. And then, they didn't even accept the package when it got there! Such a crazy situation, right? I've been trying to reach out to them, but no luck. No matter how careful you are, these ropes start falling apart after just a few weeks. I ended up shelling out a lot of money on replacements.
