I have been a loyal customer for 2 years
I've been buying stuff from this company for about 2 years now and I gotta say, their products are top-notch. I did have a small problem with the handles once, but their customer service team took care of it real quick by sending me a new pair in just 2 days. I really like that they have a bunch of different rope options, like the get strong and get lean sets. All in all, this company has some awesome products and great customer service.
Get lean set purchase
I just bought the get lean set and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how everything turned out. The delivery was fast, the customer service was top-notch, and the prices were fair. I had to order some more stuff from the US and the UK team really helped me out, making the whole process smooth and simple. My stuff got here in less than a week and I couldn't be more pleased with how good everything is.
Got my jump rope
I ordered this jump rope and it never showed up at my place. I was pretty bummed about it, but then I reached out for help and they got back to me really fast. They sent me a new one right away to a FedEx spot close to where I live. I got it in just 2 days and I was thrilled. The customer service was awesome and I felt like they really cared about me getting my jump rope.
Top-notch jump rope
If you're unsure about sizes, go with the smaller option. It just feels better. I originally got an XL but switched to an L with no problem.
Expensive replacement ropes
Don't bother spending your hard-earned cash on these ropes if you're really into jumping. They might look nice and have fancy handles, but they're not built to last. No matter how careful you are, these ropes start falling apart after just a few weeks. I ended up shelling out a lot of money on replacements. If you're committed to your jump rope workouts, I'd recommend checking out other options that are more durable.
Crossrope: A decent jump rope company
I've been using Crossrope for a few months now and overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the product. The ropes themselves are high quality and feel durable. I particularly like the adjustable weight feature, which allows me to switch between different weights depending on my workout. The handles are also comfortable to grip and haven't shown any signs of wear and tear yet.
One thing I wish they offered, though, is more variety in terms of rope lengths. I have to be careful when I'm doing certain exercises because the rope is a bit too short for my height.
The app that comes with the rope is okay. It has a decent selection of workouts, but it could be more user-friendly. I've also had some issues with the timers not working properly.
In terms of customer service, I haven't had to contact them yet, so I can't speak to that. But from what I've seen online, they seem to be responsive and helpful.
All in all, Crossrope is a solid jump rope option for those looking for a high-quality, adjustable rope. Just be aware of the rope length and app limitations.
