Quick rush shipment
I recently bought a bikini that I really needed in a hurry for my upcoming vacation. I was a bit worried about whether it would get to me on time, so I reached out to customer service to ask about faster shipping options. The person I spoke to was super helpful and said they could rush my order for me. I was totally surprised when the bikini showed up on my doorstep the very next day, especially since I live in Europe. I also liked that I didn't have to pay any surprise taxes or fees when it was delivered. However, it's good to know that the return policy only applies to US customers, so if you're international like me, keep that in mind before you buy.
Flowy summer dress for cancelled wedding
Oh my gosh, I was like so nervous buying my flowy summer dress from this place because people were talking about bad returns in the UK! But let me tell you, I had absolutely no problems at all! I returned my dress for my canceled wedding (thanks Covid 😒) and it was super easy. And the customer service folks were so nice and quick to help me out! Cult Gaia has the cutest styles and the best customer service ever! I can't wait to buy more stuff from them! 💖

If you're thinking about buying from this store, make sure to check online for some promo codes to save as much as you can. The sizes run pretty small, so make sure you keep that in mind when you're shopping. Even with those few issues, the items are usually good quality and the cool designs are definitely worth it.
Skewed quality purchase
I was really looking forward to getting my order from this brand, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. The product I bought had a cool design, but the quality was pretty terrible. When I opened up the package, I could see right away that it looked like it had been through the wringer - all snagged up in different spots and just not meeting the expectations I had. I tried to reach out to their customer service using their online support, hoping to sort things out. But I never heard back from them.
Dress order delay
I ordered this dress from this company like over two whole months ago, and guess what? I still haven't gotten it. They keep saying they can't promise me a delivery date, which is like totally crazy, right? I've tried to get in touch with them so many times for updates, but they're being super shady about how they handle their shipments. It's really annoying because I actually dig their style and clothes, but how can any business make it work if they can't even get stuff to you on time? It's just nuts. I'm telling all my friends to stay away and find somewhere else to shop, especially with wedding season coming up.
Overpriced junk
Just wanted to share my experience - I bought this item and it broke after using it once. So I contacted customer service for some help, but they told me it was past the 10-day return policy. Pretty disappointing, if you ask me.
Final sale confusion
I was so let down by my experience at this store. I ordered something from overseas and was totally surprised that "final sale" meant I couldn't return it. In the UK, sales usually mean deals, so I didn't catch on to that right away. On top of that, I had to deal with import taxes and VAT that they didn't mention ahead of time. It was a total mess, and I won't be coming back to shop here.

damaged $400 bag
Hey everyone, I just had to share my experience with this company, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I splurged on a $400 bag, only to have it show up with some serious damage to the handle. I reached out to them and their response? They had the nerve to say that their bags come with "slight imperfections." Can you believe that? I sent the bag back and they had the audacity to charge me a $9.82 return fee. I had bought it as a Mother's Day gift, and instead of a happy mom, I ended up stressed out and disappointed. They didn't seem to care at all, no apologies or offers to make things right. I'm really mad about it. If only I could show you the pictures and email exchanges. #WARNING Stay away from this company, they charge way too much for what you get.
Poor quality and disappointing return/exchange policy
I don't usually leave reviews, but I just have to give you a heads up about my recent experience. The product I bought was just not up to par, and trying to deal with their return/exchange system was a real nightmare. If you're not in the US, I suggest steering clear of buying from their website. It'll save you a whole lot of aggravation and letdown.
Expensive pieces, limited return policy
The return policy at this store is ridiculous. I'm a new customer, and I felt like they totally took advantage of me when I tried to return something pricey. They wouldn't budge or try to help me out at all.
Pants and top
I'm really disappointed with the stuff I got from this brand. The pants I bought fell apart after one wear, and the shirt was already unraveling before I even put it on. I wanted to return them, but it's such a hassle to get a refund. I paid a lot for these items, so I was hoping for better quality.
Samira tote awful quality for price
The tote I got from this place was really bad! I mean, I thought it was gonna be super cute and all because they have all these cool designs and ads, but when I used it once, it fell apart! Like, seriously?! I don't understand how they can make such junk and still charge so much for it. I'd rather save my money and find something better somewhere else, no doubt.
