Loose diamonds purchase
I just bought some loose diamonds and I have to say, the communication with the staff was amazing. We went back and forth a lot to work on a custom design, exchanging over 20 emails in just 4 days. The team really knew their stuff when it came to design, they nailed exactly what I had in mind. When it came to pricing, they had the best prices online for the diamond I wanted. They were also super transparent with their pricing, giving me all the details without me having to ask. The staff was so friendly and willing to help, even when I had some crazy requests for a quick turnaround. Overall, my experience with them was fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for loose diamonds.
White gold engagement ring
I just got my hands on this amazing white gold engagement ring from an online jewelry store. Let me tell you, it blew me away! They had so many options to choose from, but I managed to find the perfect ring for my fiancée. The quality of the ring is top-notch, and the price was really good compared to other sites I checked out. I was a little hesitant about buying something so important online, but after reading reviews and doing my homework, I felt good about it. The whole ordering process was smooth as butter, and they kept me updated every step of the way. I'm definitely gonna be coming back for more in the future.
Tennis bracelet purchase
I just bought a tennis bracelet as a surprise for my wife on our wedding anniversary. Let me tell you, when that bracelet showed up, I was completely amazed by how nice it was. It looked even better in person than it did on the website. My wife was over the moon about it and couldn't believe I could get her something so fancy. The folks really outdid themselves with their service. I needed that bracelet in a hurry, and not only did they get it to me on time, they actually got it to me three days early. Diamond ring
I just bought a diamond ring from this company. It did take a little longer to get to me than I thought, about 3.5 weeks instead of the 2 weeks they said, but I was pretty happy with it overall. The customer service folks were great - super good at getting back to me quickly and answering all my questions. The ring itself was exactly what they said it would be, totally real and beautiful. I'd totally think about buying from them again, but I'd suggest giving yourself a full month for delivery so you're not waiting around.
Got a small diamond instead of what I wanted
I got a diamond, man, but I was expecting a bigger one for the price I paid. They ended up sending me a smaller one instead. At least the shipping was crazy fast, though.

Wedding ring purchase
The customer service at this company was amazing. They were always there when I needed them and made sure they understood exactly what I wanted. The whole process was fast and smooth, and the final product was even better than I expected. Sent them a ring for appraisal
I sent them a ring that I paid 2500 for, they offer me 165. I declined and asked for the ring back. I emailed them again about a month later asking about my shipment and they said that they would check with the return team. I emailed them again a day later with no response. I then called them and the guy who apparently is an owner offered me 500 for it and I just told them that I wanted it returned so he said he'd check with the return team. Didn't hear back from them again so I called a couple days later and a lady told me that a supervisor would be in touch with me shortly or on the following Monday. That obviously didn't happen so I called on Tuesday and spoke with some guy who said they're owner was on vacation for the week and would get back to me the following Monday and he offered me 400 for my ring. I told him that the previous guy I talked to said they'd offer 500 so idk where the 400 came from but that's besides the point I just want my ring back undamaged. I had to hang up on him because he was just talking nonsense and I was losing my patience. I call a bit later after I cool down and this time a customer service supervisor answer and was basically trying to tell me how cheap my ring was etc (all irrelevant information at this point since I just want my ring back) she tells me that I'll get a call that Wednesday, so I'm being told two different things in the same day. I realized before this point that this is a shady company but I don't understand why they tell the lies they do and beat around the bush. Now all these phone conversations happen more than a week ago, so even though I knew how they were I gave them some time to do their so called "Investigation". Now here we are today 1/18/24 and I called today and a lady said that the security team lead was in a meeting and would get back to me after. I think they close in 10 mins so that was clearly another lie.
Btw I already know DiamondsUsa will respond with some bs excuse about how they're looking into it etc, don't waste your time I know it's another lie.
I'm taking care of this and it will be taken care of, I'll either get my ring back or they'll refund me this is ridiculous and I just want anyone out there who reads this, even if it's just one person that I can save from this bs. PLEEEEAAASSSE ! DO NOT SEND YOUR JEWELRY OR ANYTHING OF THAT MATTER TO THIS COMPANY, THEY'LL EITHER OFFER YOU PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR AND IF YOU WANT YOUR RING BACK THEY'LL DELAY THE SHIPPING ACTING LIKE THEY CAN'T FIND IT OR NOT SEND IT BACK AT ALL WHICH I'VE SEEN IN SOME OF THESE REVIEWS. It was actually my second time buying from them, and just like back in 2007, I was super happy with the quality of the ring and the service. The staff really knew their stuff and were so helpful with all my questions and even gave me some good advice. I felt really good about buying from them and felt like I made the right choice.
Diamond purchase
I've bought diamonds from this company before, and every time, I've been completely happy with the whole experience. The team there is always there for you, giving advice, updates, and help whenever you need it, so you never feel lost or confused. I'd absolutely tell a friend to check them out, and I plan on sticking with them for all my diamond needs going forward.

I found the most perfect diamond engagement ring at this place and my wife absolutely adores it! David and his team were incredibly helpful and provided awesome advice on everything. Honestly, I can't recommend them highly enough!

WHO IS RIPPING WHO OFF? I worked at a jeweler, I get the process of selling and re-sale. I have a Hearts of Fire wedding ring. The worlds most perfectly cut diamone, certified and traceable diamonds.
My original wedding ring was stolen in a theft in Seattle on moving day. The new replacement ring covered by my insurance company, I never wore the new ring after the theft. I am divorcig now and decided to sell my new ring.
I even have an appraisal for $6,100. All provided by the owner who has been in the jewlery business for over 30 years. I send my ring in for an offer from Diamonds USA and they only offered me $234.00. Is this a sick joke!
Don't even waste your time with this sam artist company. I will file a complaint with the BBB. They need to not be open for business at all.DiamondS USA
