Perfect size and fitting
Well i enjoy online shopping but when it comes to shoes or footwear i really dont prefer it until i find This one!!
Well my reason was simple - i never find my fitting !! I mean seriously how hard for the shops to sell exavt what its written. My past experience was so bad , but this one actually changed my mind, the shoe i bought from here was really good. They had this size chart for easy fitting and i found my number there. Well another point that made me feel like wow this is a catch ! is the quality of the shoe. it was really really good and i am enjoying this for sureShoes
I was so happy with my experience! Even though I had seen some bad reviews after I bought them, my shoes fit like a glove and were top-notch quality. They showed up super quick in just a week, and getting that email alert when they arrived was a nice touch. Big thanks to the team for making me trust online shopping again.
Clog purchase experience
I just bought a pair of clogs online and man, they were huge! Like, way bigger than expected even though I ordered my usual size. It was such a hassle to figure out how to send them back, and to top it off, I only got half my money back. If I had just bought them at the store, I could've just brought them back and got a full refund.
Shoe purchase
I just bought a pair of shoes online, and man, it was a total letdown. They looked like knock-offs, way smaller than I thought, and not even made in the same country as the ones I got before. I tried to return them, but customer service has been no help at all. I'd say skip ordering from this company unless you're cool with getting ripped off.
Wrong shoes in package
So, I finally got my shoes today and you won't believe what happened - they sent me the wrong ones! Can you believe it? The box even had my name on it, but when I opened it up, I found someone else's order from California inside! I was so disappointed. I called customer service immediately and they told me I'll have to wait a week and a half for a refund because of their mix-up. Ugh, I'm definitely never ordering from them again, that's for sure!
Clog trainers purchase for disabled individual
I recently bought these clog trainers from this company to help with my disability. Unfortunately, the size 4 was too small, so I sent them back and got a bigger size. But man, it was a total nightmare trying to get my money back for the first pair. I sent so many emails and made so many phone calls, but their customer service was terrible. They wouldn't give me a refund at first because they said I wore the shoes outside, even though I've been stuck in the house. Finally, after going back and forth for months, they only gave me half of my money back. Let me tell you, this whole thing left me super unhappy and I won't be buying from them ever again.
Men's shoes purchase
I bought these shoes a while ago from this store that's now gone. The leather's all cracked and falling apart in big chunks. I sent pics to customer service showing them the logo inside and on the sole, and they said they don't even make men's shoes, even though their logo is on them! They basically told me to return them to a store that's closed for good. Like, seriously, what am I supposed to do now? I thought if a company puts their name on something, they're supposed to stand behind it, you know?
Small boots
I ordered these adorable boots online, but when they came, they were too small. I tried reaching out to customer service to help with the return, but they never responded to my emails or calls. I felt totally pushed aside and annoyed, now I don't even wanna mess with this company. I'm definitely not shopping here again.
Comfortable shoes
These shoes are seriously the best for walking long distances. But man, this website is such a pain to use. They don't even let you reset your password if you forget it, and trying to log in through social media is a nightmare. It's so annoying when you come across problems and there's no easy way to get help. If this website keeps up with all this chaos, I might have to find my go-to brand somewhere else.

I recently had a pretty disappointing experience with the company's website. Basically, my account had the wrong info, and I couldn't get a hold of anyone for help through chat or phone. At first, they didn't have my size in stock, but then suddenly they did on the same day, which was really confusing. Not being able to buy what I wanted, get the right details, fix errors, swap stuff out easily, and have clear communication made the company look pretty bad. And the shoes I got didn't even fit right, which just added to my frustration. On top of all that, getting charged for return shipping and restocking fees was not cool. This whole experience was a pricey lesson for me, and I'd warn others to avoid this retailer.

If you really like those shoes, your best bet is to purchase them through a different route. When you buy directly, you're signing up for a never-ending avalanche of spam emails trying to sell you more stuff. No matter how many times you try to unsubscribe, the emails just keep on coming.

I was so annoyed with my online shopping. I was trying to use this coupon code from a promotion they had going on, but every time I tried to use it, it kept getting rejected. There wasn't any clear info on what products I could actually use the discount on. I was left feeling frustrated and deceived. It's not cool for a company to dangle discounts in front of us and then make it impossible to actually use them.
Online shoe order canceled
I recently ordered a pair of shoes online and was pretty stoked when I got the confirmation email. But then, my mood quickly shifted when I got another email a few days later saying my order was canceled and I'd be getting a refund. To top it off, the link they sent me didn't even work, which was super frustrating. I tried reaching out to customer service for some answers, but the person I talked to couldn't tell me why my order got axed. Even after sending a few follow-up emails, I still haven't heard back from them. And to add insult to injury, the shoes I wanted are still up for grabs on the website. This whole thing has me feeling confused and let down.
