Bullet Vibrator
I was totally surprised by how great the customer service was here. I ran into a problem with a toy I bought, and not long after I reached out for help, I got a response from a customer care person named Carmen. She was super helpful and offered to send me a new one without any trouble. It's nice to know there are companies out there that really care about their customers and back up their products.
Disappointed with returned package
I was bummed when I found out my package got sent back, but working with Carmen has been great. She always gets back to me fast and I really like how she's handled everything.
Lingerie set
I can't even put into words how thankful I am for the amazing service I got from the person I talked to. They were so helpful and really cared about making sure I was happy. It was a nice surprise to not feel like I was just another customer. They went out of their way to help me, and I will always appreciate their assistance.
defective product received
I recently had a problem with a product I ordered, but the customer service team was awesome in taking care of it. It was easy to report the issue and they fixed it right away. They listened to me and gave me the option of store credit or a replacement. To make up for the trouble, they even threw in some extra store credit.
