I was pretty doubtful at first with all the talk about this product, but man, it really lives up to its reputation and more. Hey, so I just picked up this lotion everyone was raving about. And I gotta say, it's pretty amazing! My skin feels super soft and moisturized now. I swear it's like a miracle in a bottle. I've been using it daily and already noticing a change. Also, the packaging is adorable and it looks great on my vanity. I definitely suggest giving it a shot if you're in need of a new skincare product.
Hydro light moisturizer
I placed an order on October 2nd and when I tried to complete the order nothing happened. So I pressed that button 2 times nothing happened the 2nd time as well. I checked my bank and I got charged 2 times. I received one of those products which was the one I wanted. However I tried contacting someone 3 times now to get a refund for the second one. No one has gotten back to me and I'm just so over this.
This is my 2nd complaint for the company, originally I sent one out October 14th, the 14th as in 6 days ago and I have nothing. And I don't get mad over stuff easily and I'm getting so mad over this. Because how bad at customer service can the company be to not even answer a simple email that I've sent out 6 out 7 times mind you. I just want a simple refund of 25 dollars that's it. I swear the company is making this such a big deal
