I've gotta say, this product is seriously amazing. I picked up the Lait-Crème Concentré, and man, my skin is glowing like never before. It's like a magic potion in a tube - moisturizing, softening, and works great under makeup. I now get why it's so popular with makeup pros and celebs. I've battled with dry, easily irritated skin forever, but this stuff has totally changed the game for me.

Unpaid Refund Fiasco
Let me tell you about the nightmare I had dealing with this company. I returned my purchase and then patiently waited for my refund like any regular customer. But to my surprise, I had to chase them for 20 days just to get a bunch of excuses. Can you believe it? I had to take matters into my own hands and dispute the charge on my credit card and report them to trading standards because they couldn't handle a simple refund. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company, it's not worth the headache.

I've been taking the CBD capsules one night and then the CBD + CBN + Melatonin capsules the next, and I have to say, they really work for me. These products are top-notch and have done wonders for my sleep and how I feel in general. One thing I think could be improved is being able to make changes to my subscription online instead of having to cancel and then place a new order. Thanks for making such awesome products!

Quick delivery, accurate description
My time at the center was pretty good, but I gotta be honest, the delivery took way longer than what the salesperson said at first. Even with that hiccup, the stuff I got was exactly what I wanted and in good shape. The service was alright, nothing to write home about but not horrible either. The pricing was reasonable, not the lowest but not crazy expensive either.

Customer support is terrible, they never give a straight answer and always seem to close ticket without fixing the problem. They also never seem willing to issue a refund even when the product isn't working like it should. And even if you try switching servers, you're still stuck with the same lack of necessary support and Netflix content. It's frustrating!
