Diffusers purchase from Italy
I recently bought a few diffusers from overseas through this company, and I have to say, the whole experience was incredible. I found these diffusers while I was in Italy and absolutely loved them, but unfortunately, they weren't available in the UK. Ordering online was easy and stress-free, plus I was happy to see that I got free delivery on my £90 order. Not only were the diffusers a great deal, but they were also priced lower than anywhere else I had looked. The delivery time was fantastic, the package showed up at my door in just 7 days. The items were packed securely and arrived in perfect shape. The tracking info they provided was accurate and useful. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for more orders in the future.

Hangisi shoes in wrong box
I bought these super cute Hangisi shoes from a store that was having a big sale. They arrived a few days later in a box that was meant for a completely different type of shoe! On top of that, there was a shady label stuck on with a barcode and some writing. And, when I opened the box, one of the shoes had a strange thread hanging off the buckle. I let the company know and they said I could send them back, but they didn't mention that they had swapped the shoebox because the original was "damaged". Not cool! They even refused to give me a discount on my next purchase. I tried speaking to a manager, but they said they didn't deal with customers. So rude. I'll definitely be shopping for my shoes elsewhere in the future.

Empty toner cartridge
I bought a toner cartridge from this site and was so bummed when it showed up totally empty. I was really counting on it to work well, but it didn't even print one page because there was no toner in it. And to top it off, dealing with Amazon for a refund was a pain since they only gave me back part of what I spent on the defective product. I think a company selling printer stuff should have better quality control, so I won't be buying from them in the future.

Order placed for earbuds
I bought these earbuds, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster! The whole money-back guarantee thing is a joke. It's been well over a month now, and I'm still waiting on my refund. According to DHL tracking, the package was sent back to the seller a month ago, but no sign of my money yet. And to make matters worse, these earbuds weren't all that great as they claimed to be. They're no better than earbuds that cost half as much. I gave them a shot for about 20 minutes, and I quickly realized they weren't worth the hassle.

CBD and CBD + CBN + Melatonin capsules
I've been taking the CBD capsules one night and then the CBD + CBN + Melatonin capsules the next, and I have to say, they really work for me. These products are top-notch and have done wonders for my sleep and how I feel in general. One thing I think could be improved is being able to make changes to my subscription online instead of having to cancel and then place a new order. Thanks for making such awesome products!

VPN subscription
Customer support is terrible, they never give a straight answer and always seem to close ticket without fixing the problem. They also never seem willing to issue a refund even when the product isn't working like it should. And even if you try switching servers, you're still stuck with the same lack of necessary support and Netflix content. It's frustrating!
