Tory Burch Sunglasses
This was my first order from this company and they did not disappoint! I did pay the extra 7 dollars for two day shipping (was not delivered in two but rather four business days) but the company did not hesitate to reimburse me. I get incredible nervous when I buy something such as sunglasses online; however, these Tory Burch sunglasses were exactly what was listed and it was an even better price point than the outlet shoppe! Very pleased with the product as well as the customer service. Thank you!
Ray-Ban sunglasses
I found their website through Brads Deals. I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses for my husband at a good price. They arrived quickly. I had no problems at all ordering, with delivery or with the quality of the sunglasses. Would purchase from Eyedictive again with no worries.
Sunglasses purchase
I've shopped at this online store more than once and let me tell you, they've got some awesome sunglasses for super cheap. I did have one pair show up damaged, but getting a replacement was easy peasy thanks to their hassle-free return policy - on the house!

I ordered it really fast and it was super easy. I'm just a little curious about the product. But hey, remember there are no free returns!
Knockoff glasses
Oh wow, you won't believe it! I got these glasses that were supposed to be like, super awesome, but turns out they were total fakes! Like, they actually fell apart, can you believe that? So awful! And to top it all off, when I tried to get some help, they had no answers for me and just said, "goodbye, sucker!" Like seriously, save your money and don't shop there, guys!
Oversized sunglasses purchase
I just bought a pair of sunglasses from this store for about $40, but they ended up being too big for my face. I sent them back right away because I knew they weren't going to work for me. The return process made me pay for shipping, which ended up being $10 out of my pocket. When I reached out to customer service, they told me they don't cover shipping costs, even though the problem was with the size, not something I did wrong. It was frustrating to lose that extra money on shipping for sunglasses I couldn't even use. I think the company should think about changing their return policy to be more fair for customers in similar situations. It would definitely make the whole customer experience a lot better.
Suspected counterfeit products
I recently bought something from this company, and I'm starting to think what I got might be fake. I emailed their customer service about it, but I haven't heard back yet. I might have to call my credit card company and tell them what's going on.
Shades
Bought the shades for around $30 but those were ... so returned it. Didn’t use use even 30 seconds. I packed it and sent it. I shipped using my money, I thought they would reimburse but they didn’t. So I lost 10$ without product. Why don’t they open a store instead of online when they can’t bear expenses. Why do they steal the money using policies

The ship small size glass, it will fit only kids. Don't buy. It is waste of money.
