I was so thrilled to finally get my hands on an inflatable pool from this company. I had been wanting it for weeks and finally decided to go for it. Ordering was easy and no issues there. But when it came to customer service, I was let down. The person I talked to wasn't very helpful and kind of rude. However, the price was a pleasant surprise - much more affordable than other pools on the market. The delivery, though, was a disaster. It took way longer than I expected, and by the time it got here, I was almost over the excitement of getting my own pool. The product itself was awesome, but the whole experience was pretty disappointing.
