Lingerie set
I just bought a lingerie set from this store, and I gotta say I was pretty bummed about how they handled everything. They didn't bother keeping me in the loop with any status updates on my order. Nope, all I got was a bunch of ads trying to get me to buy more stuff. It was annoying¡ a real headache not knowing where the heck my order was and feeling like they cared more about making a sale than taking care of their customers.
Lacy bra set
I recently got a lacy bra set from this store, and man, their customer service was a real letdown. I tried calling the number on their site, but no one ever picked up. Left a bunch of messages and no one ever called me back. Plus, emailing back and forth was just as annoying - only one person responded and they were super unprofessional. It's weird that the same person handling emails also runs the online chat. They even promised to connect me with someone in charge, but it's been months and no call yet. Feels like this company might be run out of a car or something. Even though the bra set only cost about $20, I'm bummed I'll probably never get this sorted out. Won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.
Bras and underwear
I got some bras and undies and they were a disaster! The lace on the undies fell apart after just one wear. And don't even get me started on the Side Smoothing Bras, what a joke. The fabric on the sides felt like a cheap mesh, definitely not smooth. I tried to return them but the company didn't even bother responding. Seriously, steer clear if you want quality stuff. Plus, the shipping took forever, ugh!
Two workout shirts that are so wrongly sized.
I ordered a small ... medium since I had never tried their clothes before decided to check both.
I believe these sizes must be Plus sizes, not s,m,l sizes.
As I tried to process a return, the site says they can't send me a return label for my address?!

Ordered leggings 12/30 and didn't receive an order confirmation or tracking information. I sent an e-mail (the only apparent connection) and was given a tracking number that just showed a shipment stuck in transit. I sent another e-mail (after over two weeks), told them to cancel my order and credit my AMEX. The package magically shoed up the next day, so I rejected the package and returned it. If they don't credit my AMEX I will dispute the charge. More people should do the same thing!

I ordered several items from them and only ever received one! I tried contacting the customer service but they only respond through email. I have had a few responses that have been entirely unhelpful like telling me to wait a week for the missing shipment to show up or asking me to clarify something and then never respond back.
The problem is that they sent two shipments with one low priced item and the second with everything else. However they have the same tracking number so even though I only got the one shipment is says the other was delivered too. Could this just be a mistake on their part or are they purposely trying to scam people? I don't know the answer.
All I know is that I paid 157.12 and only recieved 9.60 in product. I used to love Felina products but now I don't think it is worth it if their customer service is so unhelpful!Exchanged bras

Felina Velvety Soft Leggings
At one time, I was a loyal customer of Felina. I always found their products to be comfortable and durable.
Recently, I ordered a five pack of velvety soft leggings. I am immediately discovered that the quality of the fabric had significantly changed. In fact, there are transparency issues with the velvety soft leggings that did not exist before.
Specifically, you can see right through them. This is completely unsatisfactory for close fitting women’s attire.
I attempted to contact the customer service on several occasions and have yet to hear back from them.

I never received my order. I emailed after a week for an order status update. If the items were out of stock, surely at that time I should have been informed. I was not. Now I'm waiting to see how long it takes for them to refund my money
