UFO2 mask machine replacement
I recently had to reach out to customer service about my UFO2 mask machine acting up, and let me tell you, I was really impressed with the help I got. The customer service folks were super friendly and quick to respond, and they even asked for a video to get a better idea of what was going on with my device. In just a week, I got a brand-new replacement for my faulty mask machine, so I could keep up with my skincare routine without a hitch. I had a really great experience with the customer service team at this company. When I reached out with a question about the face masks and face cleanser I bought, Marija, the representative, was super helpful and attentive. She really listened to what I had to say and gave me clear and simple solutions to help me out. Her positive and friendly attitude made me feel like they really valued me as a customer. I was really impressed by how she was willing to pass along my suggestions to the product team, showing that she genuinely cares about what customers have to say. Overall, the customer service agent really went above and beyond to exceed my expectations.
This is exactly what i needed!
i bought it last month and I am using it, i can't believe its so easy to get fresh and clean skin without wasting time on rubbing my face. with this, i get clean, smooth and fresh-looking face every morning and every day. Its fantastic to use, and it also removes dirt as well as blackheads from the pores without hurting also it never did anything to harm my skin , with this i get much better results. its also good for travels , so i get my fresh-looking face anywhere there are lots of things they provide, the skincare mask is also good that go great with this combination. it saves time and gives me good results every time
Electric toothbrush purchase
I just got this electric toothbrush from this company and I gotta say, it's been working like a charm. Both me and my wife have been using it and we've really noticed a difference in our dental health. My wife's dentist even said her teeth and gums were in great shape, all thanks to this toothbrush. Plus, I've got sensitive gums and I really like how the bristles are soft yet still do a great job cleaning my teeth. And the customer service was amazing - they quickly approved my warranty claim without making me send the product back. Overall, I'm super happy with my experience with this company.
Broken Luna 4 Body
I had a problem with my Luna 4 Body and contacted customer service for help. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded. The guy I talked to, Marko, was really helpful and got everything sorted out for me. He asked for some photos and videos of the problem, checked them out, and helped me file a claim. In less than a day, my claim was approved, and I got a new Luna 4 Body. I'm really happy with the company's service.
Broken Charger
My charger broke and I was so bummed, but when I reached out to customer service, they were seriously the nicest! They walked me through how to get a new charger, and it was a breeze. I'm thrilled that they're sending me a replacement. Their customer service is top-notch and they really look out for their customers. Online shopping is my jam, and this was hands down the best customer service experience I've ever had. Huge shoutout to the customer service rep! Thank you so much!
Quick replacement toothbrush head
Man, let me tell you, the Customer Service at this place is top-notch! I needed a new toothbrush head and decided to reach out to them. I was fully prepared for the usual back and forth and long waits, but let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. Mia from Customer Service not only called me back within an hour, but she was super nice, knew her stuff, and was totally professional. She really heard me out, sorted out my problem quickly, and made sure I was taken care of. It's not easy to find such amazing service nowadays, but let me tell you, Foreo really knocked it out of the park with Mia.
Faulty device exchange in SG
Customer service is really great, especially from Paula. But I really think the device exchange policy at SG could use some work. It's a hassle to exchange things at Sephora. Paula was kind enough to make an exception by delivering, but it shouldn't be necessary to break the battery lid with a knife - that's just complicated and not safe for someone who isn't a pro. The device exchange policies in SG should be looked at again because too many faulty devices are being given out.
Luna smart play 2 purchase
My Luna smart play 2 came with a bad battery, and I was super bummed because it wasn't covered by the warranty. I decided to contact customer service to see if they could help. Luckily, Olivia got back to me quickly and was really helpful. She asked for some photos and my receipt, and together we figured out a solution that worked for me. Olivia really went above and beyond with her customer service, and I'm so grateful for her help.
Best toothbrush for my 2-year-old
This toothbrush is so great! My 2-year-old son actually enjoys brushing his teeth at night now because of it. We did run into a little problem with a few bristles falling off after the first use, but I reached out to customer service and they got back to me the next day. They sent a replacement toothbrush right away. I'm really grateful for their assistance and how quickly they responded!
Faulty UFO device
My UFO gadget was acting up - the heating and cooling functions just stopped working out of nowhere. I decided to reach out to Customer Care for some help. I had to send back my device because the microcurrent was weak compared to my friend's. They replaced it real quick and easy, got approved in just a few days. Their customer service was top-notch!

I just bought a bear, body butter, and kiwi from this company and I'm really happy with how everything is working out. Product registration question
I had a question about registering my product for warranty and Mia was awesome! She checked out my account and explained that just by making an account with my serial number, the warranty was automatically activated. So, if I ever need to make a claim, all I gotta do is log in. It made things way easier and less stressful. Thanks a bunch, Mia!
