Fossil - A Solid but Unremarkable Choice for Accessories
I have been using Fossil products for a few years now and overall, I am pretty satisfied with the quality and style of their products.
I particularly like their watches and have owned a few different models over the years. The leather straps always feel durable and the faces of the watches have held up well, even with daily wear.
One thing I do wish was different about Fossil products is their price point. While I do think they are worth the investment, they can be on the pricier side compared to other brands.
I have also purchased a few bags and wallets from Fossil and have had similar experiences with those products. They seem to be made with attention to detail and have held up well over time.

Fossil watch repair
I recently had my mother's watch repaired, and it was a really good experience. This watch means a lot to us because it was the last gift from my dad before he passed away. When it started acting up, we were really worried that it might be damaged beyond repair. But we sent it in for repairs, and everything went smoothly. The watch was returned to us quickly and safely with tracking. My mom was so happy with how it turned out, and she was really thankful for how well it was taken care of. Late delivery, unhelpful customer service
I am so annoyed with this company and my recent purchase. It's been over two weeks and my order still hasn't shown up. I keep contacting customer service for updates, but they always say they'll get back to me the next day and then they never do. It's just crazy how they treat their customers. I really should've checked the reviews before buying from them.
Watch
I bought this watch online, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare! I used Klarna to pay for it, but they charged me the wrong amount. When I tried to sort things out with customer service, they were all over the place and kept insisting that I owed them more cash. It was seriously frustrating! To top it off, I started getting emails about getting a refund, only to be hit with more demands for payment. And don't even get me started on the quality of the watch - it's so cheap, it looks like it came straight from the dollar store. I'm done with this site for good!

I ordered a watch strap for a special occasion, and it turns out it's gonna take way longer to get here than I thought. And on top of that, the tracking is all messed up - saying my package was delivered months ago, even though I just ordered it. Bummer!

Faulty buckle handbag
My mom got this really awesome handbag for Christmas, but guess what? The buckle broke like right after she got it! We sent it back and they said we'd get our money back, but it's taking forever and we're still waiting. And to top it off, the customer service isn't even responding to my emails now. It's so frustrating!
Recent return experience
Fossil, seriously you need to pull it together! I sent back something a month ago and I'm still waiting on my money. I've reached out to them two times already and all they keep saying is "it'll be out soon." Well, it's been a month and nothing has happened. And let's not even go into their 24/7 chat support. I attempted to chat with them after 5pm on a weekday and guess what, nobody was around. Talk about lying to people. Fossil needs to improve when it comes to treating customers and giving refunds.
Faulty watch
I bought this watch like three months back and right away I noticed it was losing time. I figured maybe it just needed a new battery, so I swapped it out, but no luck. I tried to contact customer service through chat, but it was basically useless. All I want is a watch that actually tells time correctly and maybe a human to help me out. I definitely wouldn't suggest this brand to anyone. Just a heads up for potential buyers.

I ordered a watch set to pick up at one of their stores. But when I got there, they said they didn't have any record of my order and couldn't assist me. It was so frustrating trying to get a hold of their customer service, and when I finally did, they didn't know anything about my order either. So now I'm out of my money and still don't have the watch I wanted. Definitely steer clear of buying from them online.
Smartwatch Troubles
I got this smartwatch from that brand thinking it would make my life easier. Man, was I mistaken. It's been nothing but a headache with all the reboots and connection problems. I tried to tough it out, hoping the next version would fix everything, but I'm done. Time to switch to something more reliable and user-friendly - the Apple Watch. It may not have that traditional watch style, but hey, at least it actually works!

I just bought a watch from this brand and to be honest, I'm pretty let down by the whole warranty situation. They claimed there was a warranty included, but then turned around and charged me a ton of money for it. And to make matters worse, they didn't even stick to their side of the bargain. The whole thing feels shady and misleading, and now I'm feeling really annoyed and disappointed with my purchase.
