Jewelry purchase
As someone who shops at this company a lot, I just wanted to say how great my experience has been. I've collected a bunch of jewelry items like necklaces, earrings, and bracelets, and they've all been even better than I expected. Not only do they look good, but they're really well-made and look just like they did in the pictures. I love the attention to detail, the bright colors, and how they feel when I wear them. They've really boosted my confidence and made getting dressed super fun. And the customer service is amazing. The staff is always there when I need them, super helpful, and really polite. I always get quick responses to my questions, plus I get special discounts for being a loyal customer. Lotus flower Crystal candle stick holders
I recently bought these really pretty Lotus flower Crystal candle stick holders from this store. At first, I was a little worried because it took two whole months for my order to get here. But when the candle stick holders finally showed up yesterday, I was super impressed with how nice they were. They actually turned out even better than I expected, and I'm so happy with my purchase. The craftsmanship and details are amazing, and I couldn't be more pleased with them. I was kinda on the fence about this store at first, but now I'm a loyal customer because of how great their stuff is. Thanks for making such a beautiful product!
Natural Black Rutilated Quartz & Clear Quartz Mala Bead Necklace - silver
I just wanted to say that I absolutely love the necklace I got from Free Spirit. It's exactly what I was expecting - top quality and a beautiful design. I've actually ordered from them a few times now, and every time I've been blown away by the care and precision that goes into their work. And even though I'm all the way over in Switzerland, their customer service was fantastic and they made sure to keep me in the loop through the whole process. Really can't say enough good things about my experience with them!
Necklaces
I just got some necklaces from this store, and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how everything went down. The quality of the necklaces is top-notch and I've gotten a ton of compliments on 'em. But I did run into a hiccup with the delivery of one of my orders - it took like a month and a half to get to me. Even with that delay, though, I was really impressed by their customer service. They were super communicative and always got back to me real quick, usually within an hour or two.

I just bought a couple of bracelets and a pair of earrings from this place. But man, when my order showed up, the earrings were missing. I shot an email to customer service, and they were quick to let me know the earrings were on their way. They did take a bit longer to get to me, but the stuff was top-notch quality, so I was pretty happy with how things turned out.

I just want to say thank you to the company for getting back to me so quickly on my questions and for the beautiful decorations I bought from them. Everything showed up on time and looked just like the pictures online. I got four pieces and I love them all. The quality and how well they were made totally surprised me, and I'm really happy with my new stuff.

I got some amazing jewelry from here. The turquoise necklace with the clear crystal quartz and the rose quartz one were just beautiful. I gotta say, as a newbie at this store, I'm super impressed with the gemstone bracelet I bought. It's stylish, comfy, and fits perfectly on my wrist. Recent jewelry purchase
I just got some jewelry from this store - teardrop earrings and a wrap bracelet. The quality is amazing, the stones are gorgeous and even better in person. The teardrop earrings are even better than I expected - they're so light and comfortable. Necklace purchase
I ordered a necklace from this place and man, it took forever to get here! I was bummed because I couldn't even track it and thought I got ripped off. But after like 3 weeks, it finally arrived and I was pleasantly surprised! It actually looked just like the picture, super pretty. Must have come from pretty far away, like China or something.
Lovely bracelet
The bracelet I ordered from this company took forever to get to me, like a whole 3 weeks. But when it finally showed up, I was actually pretty happy. It looked just like it did online and was really good quality. The annoying part was that I didn't get any tracking info at first, so I had to bug customer service over email to figure out where my order was. I was starting to think it was a scam, but thankfully it wasn't. Turns out the bracelet was legit crystal, not some cheap plastic like some people thought. I'm overall pretty happy with my purchase and would think about buying from them again down the road.

I just got two Apple Watch bands from this store and I gotta say, they're absolutely stunning! The quality is top-notch and they look even better in person than I expected. I bought this bracelet for a present. Upon receipt I was extremely disappointed and I would be embarrassed to give it to anyone. It is little, minimal even. Might suit a child. Looks like something out of a Christmas cracker. Cost me $40. confirms to me to NEVER purchase on-line again. SORRY to say this I had hoped for better things....shame!
