    TUMI suitcase purchase

    I bought this suitcase ten years ago and it's been my go-to for traveling ever since. But on my recent trip to Turkey, the zipper started acting up. I was still able to use it, but it was clear it needed fixing. I went to the store on Regent Street in London to see if they could help. The folks there were super helpful and sent my suitcase off to Germany for repairs. I got an email today saying it's all fixed up and will be delivered to my house by UPS. Best part? It didn't cost me a thing. TUMI really impressed me with their awesome customer service and the fact that they fixed it up for free. I'll definitely recommend TUMI to anyone looking for top-notch luggage and great service.

    I picked a briefcase from best seller from TUMI, last week.Its black color ,soft wheels ,easy to carry , perfect place provided for laptops,office files and few pair of clothes as well .Digital lock, 24 liter .My concern is weight of this briefcase is comparatively little heavier which is approx six lbs, because a sixteen plus inch bags weight should be around four to five lbs maximum.
    Additional feature add a bag on top is really useful feature.Price wise affordable, can't say cheaper but acceptable.
    I found it comfortable for frequently travelling
    Two three days stay stuff can be managed under this setting .

    Durable bag with great after-sales service

    I bought this bag from a store some time ago, and after using it a lot, the wheels ended up breaking. I contacted customer service, and they were really helpful.     I bought a piece of luggage from this company not too long ago, and to be honest, I was really let down by the quality and customer service I got. The item I got wasn't as good as I thought it would be, and it looks like the company has changed from what it used to be known for - good quality, great service, and honesty. The wheels on the luggage only lasted a couple of years before I had to get them replaced, and it was way too expensive. Overall, my experience with this company was pretty disappointing, and I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.

    I've been a loyal customer of this brand for a while now and have always raved about their great customer service and high-quality products. But I recently had a bad experience with their repair process that has really let me down. They used to be known for fixing bags even years after purchase, but now they're offering a lot less than what I paid for a damaged item, which I think is not right. The quality of their products has also gone down - zippers are breaking easily and their supposedly tear-resistant nylon material is tearing on several bags.

    Wheeled Briefcase Replacement Screw

    The telescopic handle screw on my wheeled briefcase went missing, but TUMI's customer service really pulled through and sent me a replacement part super fast, no problems at all. I'm really impressed with how quickly they responded and how well everything was handled. Thank you so much!

    I've been a customer for a while now, I have to say I was really let down by the suitcase I bought. It fell apart after barely using it - one of the wheels just came off, making it pretty much useless. A brand I used to love has let me down with this poor craftsmanship and lackluster customer service. And on top of that, the replacement cost was crazy high, leaving me feeling pretty annoyed. I'd recommend other folks to check out other brands like Briggs and Riley for their luggage needs, ones that are more trustworthy and treat customers better.

    New $1400 bag

    Don't buy it! I got this new $1400 bag and the handle broke the first time I used it in Greece. I had to go out of my way to get it checked specially. The store manager admitted there were issues with that line and offered to repair it for $98, but I decided to return it without being fixed. I learned my lesson - warranties aren't always trustworthy.

    Duffel tote bag purchase

    I travel a lot, so I thought it would be a good idea to get myself a duffel bag. But man, after using it for a while, the bottom started ripping and falling apart on me. Pretty bummed cause that bag wasn't cheap. So I sent it in for repair, thinking no worries, it's under the lifetime warranty. Turns out, they switched it up and now it's only a 5-year deal. Total bait and switch move. Left me feeling pretty swindled as a customer, you know?

    Two fold card case

    I just bought a two-fold card case from this company, and let me tell you, their customer service is terrible. It feels like they purposely make it hard for customers to get help. The person in charge of Sales and Service takes forever to reply to emails, and when they do, the solution is not good enough. I find it hard to believe that they won't replace a torn product that's still under warranty. It's just ridiculous.

    A few years ago, I bought a backpack. After a while, the zippers broke and a pocket ripped open from the inside. When I tried to get it fixed, they wanted to charge me.     Persia crossbody bag with faulty zipper

    I bought this Persia crossbody bag from your store not too long ago, but ran into a problem right off the bat - the zipper got stuck. I tried reaching out to your customer service team through WhatsApp and even sent a video to show them what was going on. But I never heard back. Eventually, I sent an email and got a quick response, but was told to open a repair ticket. Since the bag was brand new, I asked for a replacement, but it took a few days before I was given a return label. I have a trip coming up and I was hoping to use this bag for it, so I'm feeling pretty disappointed right now.

    Backpack repair

    I sent my backpack in for repair because some stitches broke after only two months of use. The repair work they did was really bad. The thread color they used was completely different, the stitches were all uneven, and it honestly looked like a kid tried to fix it! I couldn't believe it. I thought a brand that's known for quality and expensive stuff would do better work. I paid $500 for this backpack, so I expected much better. I won't keep this embarrassing repair job and I'll find somewhere else for my luggage needs.

    Online purchase of a backpack

    I just bought a backpack online and it turned out to be a total disaster. The backpack had a design flaw, and when I reached out to customer service for a repair under warranty, they told me it wasn't covered because it wasn't an 'original' product. It was very frustrating since I had registered the backpack and even sent it in for repairs as instructed, only to find out it wasn't eligible. The lack of honesty from the company really disappointed me, so I would advise others to be cautious when buying from them.
